This elegant vacation rental showcases a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with state-of-the-art Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and ample seating for everyone. Two dining tables seating 8 and 4, along with 4 barstools, ensure plenty of space for group meals and gatherings. The spacious living room and multiple gulf-front decks provide the perfect settings for quality family time. Additionally, Ocean Edge #10 features a private, gulf-front swimming pool on an oversized entertainment deck where you can comfortably relax, soak up the sun, and watch dolphins swim in the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Upon entering the main floor of Ocean Edge #10, guests are welcomed by a spacious, open-concept design featuring a gourmet kitchen, a main dining area, and a secondary dining space equipped with an under-counter icemaker and beverage center. The inviting living room overlooks the expansive deck and private pool. To the left, you’ll find a convenient powder room, laundry room, and two beautifully appointed king suites, each with its en suite bathroom.
The upper floor provides ample space for relaxation, featuring a second living area, a private bunk room, a queen suite, a hall bath, and four elegant king suites, each with its own en suite bathroom. The master suite stands out as a luxurious retreat, complete with a private in-room wet bar. Step onto the expansive gulf-facing deck, accessible from two of the king suites, and take in breathtaking views of the sugar-white sands and shimmering waves below.
Important Notes: To ensure a wonderful stay, guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 25 throughout their visit. Please note that Ocean Edge #10 is a pet-free property, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all. For added comfort, pool heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per night. Smoking is strictly prohibited to preserve a fresh and pleasant atmosphere for everyone. For the best experience, we encourage booking directly through our website. Each home in the Ocean Edge community offers EV (electric vehicle) charging stations for an additional fee. Kaiser Vacation Rentals follows an Enhanced Cleaning protocol, including a complete linen turnover after each guest, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. Lastly, Ocean Edge #10 can accommodate up to 7 vehicles, providing ample parking space for your group.
