– two double/twin bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed and one with two singles 80x190cm), cupboard and study area.
– en suite double with shower cubicle and basin. Storage. Option to make up 3 single beds (80x190cm) or one King-Size double of 160x190cm
– shower room with walk-in shower and basin. separate WC
– entrance hallway with coat hanging space and 6-pair boot warmer
2nd floor :
- en suite master double bedroom with 160x200cm bed, storage, bath, basin and balcony looking West.
- Living-dining room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Use of the woodburning stove is entirely the responsibility of the occupant.
– South-facing terrace overlooking the slopes and accessed from the living room.
– separate WC
Mezzanine :
– equipped office space with printer scanner and computer speakers
– 2 single beds (access forbidden to children under the age of 10)
FACILITIES : Underfloor heating on three levels, two TVs, two DVD players, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, microwave, filter coffee and Nespresso machines, hairdryer, raclette machine and fondue, toaster, kettle, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, speaker, baby cot (extra sheets on request) and high chair, changing table.
OTHER FACILITIES : 2 outdoor parking spaces, garage for 1 car (max. height: 2.10 m)

Chalet built in 2016, traditional made offering such nice fitings : larch wood, stone slab on floor, railing wrought iron staircase, boots dryer. Amazing view on moutains surrounding. Ski in ski out on les Chavannes ski slopes. Tyres snow chains recomanded in case of snow falls.
