This two-level 1400 square foot townhome is just steps away from the Park City Municipal Recreation Center and conveniently situated on the free city-wide shuttle route.
Kitchen:
The main level features an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen with a gas burning stove, and all the amenities for you and your family to make your vacation meals. Your fully equipped kitchen also features a drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, butchers knife block and a blender.
The dining table offers full seating for 6.
Living Room:
Relax by watching your favorite movies, enjoyed by a warming gas fireplace in this contemporary upgraded design in the comfort of the living room. Access your back deck for your serene outdoor living space, perfect for the warmer days or to catch snowflakes falling in the winter! A BBQ grill is available for those special cooking options along with a table seating 4.
Bedroom | Bathrooms:
Bedroom #1 - 2nd level, the primary queen-bed suite impresses with large windows framing mountain views, a second gas fireplace, ensuite walk in shower bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
Bedroom #2 - Second level, a second queen bedroom with vaulted ceilings and access via the hallway with a shared full bath completes this level.
Bedroom #3: 3rd level, the third room sleeps a queen bed plus two small twin beds accompanied by a half bathroom. (Adults could easily sleep on these twin beds. The ceiling is low) - This room is filled with children's specialties such as stuffed animals, books, games, and a ceiling with stars to view when the lights go out.
An additional half bathroom is located on the main level.
Total sleeping capacity ? 8 in beds.
Bedrooms all feature warm duvets and luxury 400-thread-count linens. Elegant decor and the finest furnishings complete the contemporary mountain aesthetic.
Bathrooms are stocked with LOccitane shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bars, and a hairdryer. Also provided is start-up bathroom tissue.
