Further enhanced by a comprehensive list of features, the property includes a rear pedestrian gate, a stylish wet bar, a convenient powder room, and split-system heating and cooling throughout. The elegant, tiled floors and architectural timber staircase with glass balustrade add sophistication. Additionally, ample off-street parking is provided with a double carport, a double garage that includes extra storage for a trailer or Jet Ski, and multiple parking bays for guests.
