The Space:
This modern and elegant loft awaits you for moments of comfort and relaxation. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an open-plan, bright space. A comfy double bed and an adjoining sitting area with a flat-screen TV, perfect for resting after a day in the city. The loft is air-conditioned for optimal comfort. For your convenience, there are kitchenette facilities, with a mini fridge, a heating plate, a toaster, a kettle and an espresso machine. A bathroom, fitted with shower completes the indoor area of the loft.
The star of the property is definitely the private rooftop garden. Complete with a large sunbed, outdoor sitting furniture, shades and an outdoor shower, do not miss spending a warm summer night sleeping under the open skies!

Set within a lush park, it is also an ideal spot for leisurely walks.
In the heart of the city, Kalamata’s historic center is a treasure trove of history and architecture. The 13th-century Kalamata Castle(2km), perched on a hilltop, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city, the surrounding countryside, and the Messinian Gulf. Below the castle, the Church of the Holy Apostles is an iconic Byzantine monument, steeped in history and a symbol of the city’s heritage. Please note that the elevator goes up to the 4th floor of the building from which you will have to take a few stairs to reach the loft.
