About this house rental

Dont miss being able to stay in this beautiful custom home featuring an in-ground heated pool and located just a short stroll to the beach in Cape May Beach for your next vacation. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this home can sleep up to 16 of your closest friends and family comfortably. Your ground level has a Media Room featuring a 115 inch HD projector with surround sound for group movie nights or special occasion movie screenings for the kids during your vacation. Outside amenities also include a private yard with an enclosed outdoor shower and a covered front porch. Your second-floor main living area offers open living space for easy entertaining and spending quality time together. Across your living room are french doors to your large screened in porch with almost invisible custom screens with stair access to the pool. Inside on this second level there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a Queen Bed and the second bedroom has two Pyramid Beds, which offer a Twin Bed over a Double Bed. These two bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom. Your third floor offers a primary suite with a King Bed, Jacuzzi-style tub, radiant-heat flooring and a rainfall showerhead. Off the primary bedroom is a private open-air deck, which overlooks the backyard pool area. The second bedroom on this level is a Junior Suite with a Queen bed. The homeowner is offering four rollaway cots that can be placed according to what suits your needs during your stay. Did we mention that this house is pet friendly? Dogs are welcome and if you didn’t know, the beach just down the street is pet friendly during the hours before 11am and after 4pm. Bringing young children? In the house you’ll find a high chair, pack and play, baby gate, step-up stools, sippy cups, and children’s utensils. Additional amenities include blow dryers, tupperware, beach chairs, beach toys, lawn games, books, a Keurig and a Drip Coffee Maker, beach wagon, pool floats and corn hole. There is a $500 cleaning fee. The pool is usually opened by Mid-May and closes by early October. A pool heating fee of $250 is due for all stays when the pool is open . Please note that we unfortunately cannot accommodate early checkins or late checkouts. Please review the Welcome Book for additional important information upon booking. Thank you!

The house was clean and comfortable Kitchen had essentials plus Great pool furniture and family room seating and a wonderful table that fit our family. We appreciated having cable TV and a wonderful screened in second floor deck where we spent our evenings playing games with our family When we arrived For check in at 4 we had to drive 20 minutes into Cape May to get keys and then had to go back on Saturday to return keys and wish they used a lock box for renters instead We immediately called the real estate agent when we arrived from getting the keys at about 5:30 pm because the pool was green. We sent a picture so that they did not think we were exaggerating. No one came until Monday morning to service it. The pool company was successful in clearing it in a few hours. We just wish we did not loose 2 days of our rental week because the pool was not serviced prior to our arrival Saturday evening.

It was a wonderful stay! We had four kids total and everyone loved the basketball and movie room so much! The atmosphere of the house is so relaxing and easy. Great short walk to the beach too!

We loved our stay one lot back from the Delaware Bay, one of the best kept secrets on the East Coast. The house and location were more than comfortable, allowing for a quiet, restful weekend. We plan to be back!

The house worked great for hosting breakfast for local family and was very comfortable for others in the family to stay and be able to get to the beach. Two last minute pets were able to be with us so everyone could come!
