******* IMPORTANT ********* : Upon check in ALL guest must pay a one time registration fee of U$ 51.50 in the reception ( that fee it is mandatory and NON refundable) . it is per apartment per stay ( not per person) Once you check in , the front desk will give you a parking permit. That permit must be ALWAYS visible on the dashboard of the car all time. Otherwise, your car will be booted and it will cost you U$ 65.00 so please make sure you leave the PARKING PERMIT VISIBLE.

BEDROOM 1 : One comfortable King Bed with excellent quality mattress, a 50' LED TV with cable tv. A baby crib ( Pack N Play) can be placed by request for a U$ 60.00 fee.
BEDROOM 2: Two Queen beds with a 50' LED TV with cable tv
( DEN) : Sofa sleeper

Living Room: Comfortable sofa, 50' LED TV with cable and exit to balcony.

Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom with tub including towels (we will provide you 8 - towels are not replaced). If you need more please bring them or you can wash them. There is washer & dryer inside the apartment. We also provide two beach towels.

Our FlatsAway office it is located inside the condominum ( office # CU-7) and it is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. If during your stay you have any question please contact us as an emergency case, if not wait until the next day.

Steps from Sunny Isles Beach itself, and a few miles from the famous Aventura Mall, the resort allows guests to enjoy all of Miami's outdoor fun, sun and surf and still get some serious shopping done, too. Sunny Isles Beach has a gorgeous shoreline, friendly locals, and plenty of parks and other attractions to ensure that your vacation in the area is an unforgettable experience. Sunny Isles Beach is located midway between downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale. We highly recommend you to rent a car. You have one free parking space . Distances in Miami are long.
You can Drive to Brickell and Downtown Miami, Miami Children's Museum and the Jungle Island. Key Biscayne and the Seaquarium. The Gulfstream Park, Casino and horse track is only 10 minutes away, in Hallandale; go to the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Haulover Beach, and Marina, Bal Harbor Shops, Miami Beach and the Art Deco District and so many more beautiful places of Dade and Broward
