From airports, Santos Dumont (SDU) is 13 km away (25 minutes by taxi), and Galeão (GIG) is 25 km away (40-50 minutes by taxi).
From the bus station, Rodoviária Novo Rio, you can take a taxi, ride-share, or the metro from Central Station to General Osório in Ipanema.
By car, Avenida Vieira Souto and Avenida Atlântica provide direct access to the area.
Public transportation includes the nearby General Osório metro station and bus lines with stops close to the property.
The location is easily accessible, connecting you to key points in Rio.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment comfortably accommodates three couples. If needed, a trundle bed can be added to one of the bedrooms, providing extra space for two children or one adult.
* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time and 4 people per day. Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 10 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
