-The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay.

The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following: -Abide by our rental terms and conditions. -Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in. -Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG. This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
