Enjoy the splendor of the central Oregon coast and the friendly village of Yachats when you stay at Hygge House (pronouced Hoo-Gah) nestled in a neighborhood called Quiet Water. It is a place where woodland, meadow, and the Yachats River wildlife are in abundance. Peaceful and serene, you will feel relaxed as soon as you enter the cabin.

The Hygge House is bright and airy and has an open-concept main floor with a fully furnished kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The deck off of the main floor expands the living space so you can relax and enjoy your favoirite beverage, the view, and with a pair of binoculars, watch for local birds. Family and friends will love to hang out in the living room and make lasting memories. This cozy house sleeps up to 6 guests with two bedrooms. The primary bedroom is on the main floor and features a comfy Queen bed and its own ensuite bath. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with another Queen bed and a built-in Full size bed that share the space. There is a bath in the loft as well!

The Quiet Water community allows you to enjoy the pool (open seasonally), hot tub and tennis court. Just a short walk from the cabin is a canoe/kayak launch area to enjoy the quiet, smooth waters of the Yachats River. Ready to explore Yachats? Check out boutiques, galleries, and restaurants in the village, which is an easy walk from the cabin, or choose to enjoy the sandy beach at the bay where the river meets the ocean. Just a short drive south you will find Cape Perpetua Scenic Area for hiking, whale watching and the highest viewpoint accessible by car on the Oregon coast! Explore Heceta Head Lighhouse and many more beautiful beach turnouts along the way.
