The pool area includes a WC, an outdoor shower, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The owner/gardener ensures the pool's maintenance.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 3-room house that spans across two levels, with a total area of 60 square meters. The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV and provides direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you'll find a room with two beds and a shower/WC. The upper floor houses another room with a double bed and two folding beds, as well as a separate shower, bidet, and WC. The house features forced-air heating, which is available only from October 15th to April 15th.
