Boasting an off street allocated parking space, you can easily drive in, out and around Oxford. 2 minute walk to bus stop, 10 minute bus ride to Oxford city centre.

Summertown is a 5 minute walk from the house, where you will find everything you need to cover your daily needs; supermarkets, pharmacy, ATMs, post office.

There you will also find some fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars including; Burnout BBQ - Texan food, Spice Lounge - Indian restaurant, The Oxford Kitchen - Michelin Star and Pompette - French cuisine.

Port Meadow is close by and an ancient common land featured in Domesday book, perfect for a walk or picnic amongst the buttercups, horses and cows. The local Oxford canals are also worth a stroll!

Cutteslowe Park with mini golf, running area, tennis and volleyball courts, garden centre and cafe - 20 minute walk.

There is a fantastic farmers market on Banbury Road on Sundays, 10am to 2pm.

SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.

Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and key call outs, so please be careful with them.
A charge will also be applied if guests check in early or check out late without permission or do not place the keys back in the key safe on their departure.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.

Linen and bedding is not provided for the travel cot, please bring your own if required.

We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.

SMART TV
Regular/ terrestrial channels not available. You will need to use your own login details to access the on-demand apps such as Netflix and Prime.

GARDENING/ WINDOW CLEANING
Our gardener and window cleaner attend monthly, but not to worry, they will not need access to the property and will use the side gate.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
