I booked a hotel room online for 2800 Taka per night, but they charged me 4000 Taka per night, which is more than double

Nothing like shows on online. It was very bad

"I booked a hotel room online for 2800 Taka per night, but they charged me 4000 Taka per night, which is more than double what was shown on Booking.com. They also lied about the hotel views and location. They said it had airport views, but it is far from the airport. The room was very bad: the air conditioner didn’t work properly, breakfast was terrible, and the bathroom was very dirty with no toilet paper at all. They tried to scam me with mini-bar products by keeping some items in the room with prices on them. On the checkout day, the receptionist tried to scam me by saying there were some items missing and asking me to pay for them, even though we hadn’t touched them. Lastly, he charged me for two bottles of water, which were supposed to be included in the deal. I paid for the water bottles."

Good and no disappointment!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are nice and spacious, except for the "single economy" . A clean place in a very noisy environment. Good enough of you like to stay 1-3 nights.

The single economy room is really small and without comfort, like mini bar, coffee maker etc.). But price is ok.

A time to relax before take flight

Super hotel near airport and friendly and serious people good food.So manager’s women Fatema is a nice person and I was happy to meet her. I recommend every foreigner to stay there.

They were suppose to give continental buffet breakfast, whereas we get only cold paratha and potato vaji and daal, after asking 2/3 times for eeg omelets finally we got. How come a service personnel touch the foods in bare hands? Thr server over there was carrying the paratha with his bare hands from the buffet. Is this really acceptable?

I had a terrible experience with the Airport Shuttle service. Firstly, they charged us three times the regular price, which was completely unjustified. However, the worst part was when the driver refused to drop us off at our hotel and instead, in the middle of the night, made us switch to a new van with all our family members and 8 pieces of luggage. This was not only inconvenient but also very unsafe. We were left stranded in the middle of the road with no explanation or assistance from the driver. The entire experience was horrendous and I would not recommend this service to anyone

Misleading....

Close to airport....and thats it!

No staff available to help with luggage's up the stairs to entrance of hotel. Reception sees we are struggling but makes no effort to help or request help. Photos on the website do not reflect what you see in person, property is tired and drab looking. Lift is not on ground level you have to walk up 1 flight of stairs. We were shown the room, it smelt of smoke, we said we requested a non-smoking room.....we were given an excuse it smells because it was closed for a while - it clearly smelt someone had been smoking in the room. Requested an air freshener, which never turned up and the air con was not working, temp never came down as you would have expected, ended up leaving door open and using the ceiling fan to waft out smell. Stains found on the sheets, bathroom looked very drab and no shower curtain so water was spraying all over the bathroom. On check out, bill inflated from £27 to £40 with no initial explanation.....had to drag the info out of them but bottom line they said was local taxes......at 26%....total rip off! i only needed a place for 8 hours before I caught my next flight, did not have the energy to argue with everything above so we just left the luggage and went close by to eat and relax walking around. Would not use this hotel again, will advise others to seek other hotels nearby.

Room number 401 it's very beautiful and there are all stuff's helpfully and behavior really respectful. I really appreciate about everything.
