Superb

It is a really nice place, comfortable and located in a very good location. Many cafes, restaurants and shops in the area, at around 35 minutes walk away from the old town city center. The staff are very well organized, communicative, all the necessary information about the check-in was provided in time. They cleaned the room twice during my stay and each time towels were changed.

I think that some more attention should be given to vacuum the room better.

Room was clean and had everything you need Ac /internet worked well Hair dryer available Friendly hosts who speaks English Location was in a safe quiet are and I chose it because the places in old town felt very small and humid/moldy Elevator available Windows have blackout shades so it’s nice to sleep

Location is 20 min walk from train and 40 min walk from old town but you can easily take a bus. My room had a small window on top of the door (unlike any other rooms) so every time someone came in at 1 - 2 am and turned on the lights, my room lit up too. I have a sleeping mask so it wasn’t an issue for too long.

Very good place

The property is in a nice neighborhood, a bit far from the center but that’s one of the things we liked- living close to the locals, exploring small cafés. The place was very good. It was clean, comfortable beds and was spacious. We really enjoyed it. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Bari!

Great place for a short stay if you don't mind being a bit away from the center!

Friendly staff and a nice shared kitchen for all the guests living on the same floor!

It is a bit far from the historic center of Bari.

The staff was very helpful. Was only there for a day to watch the football team. We were running late and the staff helped us to check in by phone so we could get to the game in no time after we arrived.

Terrible

Save your money!! Host was extremely unprofessional. Did not meet for check in and was not helpful in finding location. We asked for water and were told tap water. Other guests woke us at 12:00 a.m. coughing and speaking loud Host replied " what you want me to do at midnight? Go tell them to be quiet". Sheets had blood spots and air conditioner barely worked.Will never stay there again and do not recommend! Look elsewhere.

Very nice owner, very helpful. Super clean room. Was a coffee machine in general dining room. Spacious room and shower room.

Low sound isolation. I clearly heard cars in the street and neighbors in general rooms (kitchen, dining room).

Very Nice!!!

We really liked the neighbourhood and the accommodation overall! It was very easy to access the accommodation and the room was big, comfortable and clean. We also loved the balcony. It was the best feature of the room.

What could have been better wad the bed. It was uncomfortable along with the pillows. But the worst was that the bed sheets did not fit and they were coming out all the time. So if the bedsheets change it will be even greater experience 👌🏼😊

It was very good. I definetely recommend

The hotel was good. It has a kitchen with dishes and laundry. Moreover, I had a bathroom, balcony and conditioner in my room. It was very comfortable!

Unfortunately, the beach was far from the hotel. About 3 km. It's the only disadvantage of the hotel's location.

Great place - had a really good time!

The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom well-kept. Internet connection was great. It was quiet and very comfortable! Locating the place was also easy, and the staff was friendly and had no trouble communicating (I asked for an earlier check-in time; no problem with that as well, which as lovely).

The location was ok, but not ideal - you need an around 15-minute walk to get to the city center.

Exceptional

The room was very big and clean. When we arrived, even the AC was on. We asked for an extra bedsheet and got it in 1 hour. We did not really use the kitchen but it was also big and clean.

Room was nice and clean.

Location is not very good (further from both the city center and train station), the owner communicated only in Italian (we had to use the google translate to get inside of the building/room) a huge noise from other guests in the middle of the night (this is a corridor with ca 5-6 rooms which share a common kitchen) so be aware of this. In general,not very good value for money.

Comfortable beds, clean bedsheets, double room was better then triple one.

Very difficult communication with them. They don’t speak English, sometimes even don’t reply ur msgs. Explanation for self check in I receive in Italian language!!!! It’s not ok specially when u bold in ur page u speak perfect English!!!! Explanation how to find the key was ridicules, like we were part of a game “Escape room” waisting so much time. The place is very very noisy. Sharing bathroom was close to our room and the noise was too much, like all the walls t plastic! The place is far from railways around 30 mins walking from Bari Central.

Superb

The place was clean, it even had a shared well equipped kitchen. There was no in-house breakfast, but free coupons to a Cafe across the street with a very friendly owner were provided.

The host didn't speak English, but was kind and did their best to explain everything. There was a fine for book-in after 8 pm, which wasn't problem for us, but could potentially be an issue for later flights for example as it takes about 30 minutes to get to the city and them some walking. We also had to wait almost an hour for the host to arrive even though we provided our arrival time as requested, but they apologised that their car broke down, so hopefully it isn't usual.
