Decepcionado

Cuando lleguemos la señora que nos atendió , bastante antipática y le pedí que las habitaciones estuvieran un poco cerca entre ellas nos mandó una 4 planta y la otra en la 2 y para rematar el wifi no funcionaba en las habitaciones ,con en problema que hay en Andorra con el roaming es para enfadarse , para ser un 4 estrella está viejo y falta de que se actualicen , no volvere a este hotel

Lástima del restaurante. Por lo demás, perfecto.

Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El personal de recepción muy amable y simpático. La ubicación excelente.

El restaurante. Llegamos al check in sobre las 20:00 y preguntamos hasta que hora estaba abierto el restaurante. Nos informaron que hasta las diez y confirmamos que bajaríamos a las 21:30. Al llegar, solo quedaban sobras. Me sentí realmente estafado ya que pagué 40 eur por una cena que no valia ni 5. El desayuno un desastre. Se estropea el surtidor del zumo de naranja y no lo ponen ni en una jarra, de las 2 tostadoras ,una estropeada y colas para tostar el pan, de los 4 dispensadores de mermelada solo funcionaba 1, de los tres dispensadores de cereales, 2 con el mismo cereal. La bollería seca y solo con 2 opciones. Es una pena que te lleves este recuerdo de un hotel tan bueno por culpa de la cocina.

Room was nice, albeit a door and phone didn't work.

Parking expensive and only for small cars, better to just aim for street parking. Breakfast wasn't impressive.

There is no air conditioner in the room and the temperature was very high. Leaving window open, with the window directly on the street, is not an option

The hotel suited our stay, parking was free and the room was good.

The breakfast was disappointing. . The eggs and bacon were never warm enough and the quality of the flakes and museli was poor. The breakfast does not reflect a 4 star hotel.

comfortable no frills stop over

good breakfast - staff didn’t speak english but were very patient with me and worked hard to make sure we understood each other. Underground parking was perfect for motorcycle travel, but be warned it’s not easy to get out as the sensor doesn’t recognise a bike, and I had to park on a steep slope and run round the front, put in the code to open the door and then start my bike on a steep slope to get it out. Manageable but a faff.

Smokers on other balconies meant I had to keep my window shut in the hot weather - didn’t have air con in the room

Location

The lift was in maintenance for 3 days... has some problems. The Fridge on the room was not working, we ask to be fixed and they never did. The room was cleaned but they left cleaning micro-fiber towel in the room.

Good place

We got the suite and it was very spacious. People at the reception were very nice and helpful. The room is ok, comfy bed, bathroom with everything. Overall a great experience and we would recommend it

the internet is very bad, and there is no parking, just a quick drop off spot. We were lucky to find the few spots left around the hotel and for free since it was on a festivity.

Facilities were bad, far from lifts. Lady at the restaurant was extremely rude and having an attitude, food horrible. Guys at the front of the hotel were okay.

Very friendly Staff, good ammeneties and a very lovely room. Staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you ask them and always have a good tip and will do their best to help you out! Standard buffet breakfast, with the typical things of Croissants, ham, cheese, jams, juice, fruit... All in all, anything you want, they had it!
