Le mobilier des chambres (vieux) , la peinture au sol de la piscine se décoller complètement et remontée à la surface pas du tout hygiénique et pour sortir se balader dehors pas grand-chose au alentours

Il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel 5 étoile, la piscine complètement dégradée la peinture s’enlève sous vos pieds. Room service inexistant, ascenseur qui fonctionne 1 fois sur 2.

Hôtel bien géré avec un personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner correct. Piscines et plages bien tenues. Hôtel a conseiller.

Not a 5*, keep your expectations in accordance

The location is great, staff was rather pleasant and trying to help but gets overwhelmed especially in the breakfast area. The beach was clean and a great place to have fun.

The hotel is old and outdated. It is a very decent 3* but not a 5* by todays standards. The interior requires a lot of maintenance works, bathroom, AC system, room interiors, everything is old and with issues. The outside pool is large size however the insulation painting on the pool floor was poorly applied and creates a funny feeling when you step on it. The breakfast buffet was decent, but again far from being a 5*

Très agréable, nous cherchions la détente et le repos et nous les avons trouvés.

La chambre était spacieuse la literie confortable et la vue magnifique. Le buffet du diner riche et varié avec des produits frais.

Le contenu du buffet du petit déjeuner. J'ai fait la remarque au responsable et à ma grande surprise toutes mes remarques étaient prises en considération et mes vœux réalisés. Un grand merci pour l'écoute du personnel.

Very good location, private beach nice room with a beach view 😍🥰. I’m very satisfied about my room services and food. The staff were very friendly helpful and polite. ´. IRecommend highly especially hamem and spa were wonderful. I will come back again Enchallah.

Good value with exceptional staff

The hotel is beautiful despite being a little run down. A coat of paint would do wonders! The beach is lovely but the best aspect of this hotel is the staff. The most wonderful, hard working and smiley staff I’ve ever met. Salim in the bar is amazing and will do anything to ensure guests’ happiness. He is constantly on the move- God knows how many steps he walks each day! Anas, Rabeb and Dhia were also great. We stayed all inclusive and loved the Amaretto cocktails! The food was ok although I’d expect the snack bar on the beach to provide included pizza rather than having to pay extra. We’d def come back.

It just needs a little TLC regarding maintenance but the great staff make up for peeling paintwork.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it. The hotel's exceptional qualities and the warm hospitality provided by the staff made it an irresistible choice. In conclusion, we can not recommend this hotel highly enough. The fantastic staff, led by the outstanding Ms. Rabeb and Mr. Anas ensured that our every need was met. The delicious food, impeccable cleanliness, and convenient location were the icing on the cake. If you're looking for an unforgettable stay, this hotel is undoubtedly the place to be.

Air con system was broken. Door card system was broken. Bath tap was broken. Counted 6 times having to go the reception to get them to open the door, 10-15 minites wasted each time. Door system faulty, they knew but sent an engineer each time who simply didnt know how to fix it...

Would have been a prefect stay if we the AC problem was fixed without delays and many requests.

The food was excellent (breakfast and dinner) as the buffet has lots of variety and it changes on daily basis. The beach is clean and we can see the workers cleaning the beach very early in the morning.

We booked 2 rooms but one had an AC that wasn't functioning. It took us multiple visits to the reception over two days to finally fix the problem since no other room was available. The indoor swimming pool opens at 9:00 and closes at 18:00.
