Pleasant

location was great, it’s right on the beach.

It looked clean on the surface but isn’t as clean when you look a bit deeper. Could also do with some maintenance in the rooms.

Lovely location

Loved the set up, lovely pool area and location was fabulous and for this we would definitely book again. Would recommend an upstairs apartment as more private

The apartment was no 8 and was a bit tired. The living area and kitchen are quite small. The shower door didn't shut so leaked all over the bathroom floor. Some plug sockets were loose. We did notify of this. Although right on the beach, it wasnt very private as everyone is passing by this apartment to go to beach. I'd book an upstairs apartment next time.

Perfect location. Amazing to set foot right onto the beach from the complex and within a minute of walking along the beach are great bars and restaurants

I felt like it could have been cleaner. We were woken up at 5.30am with what I can only assume was a plumbing issue in the apartment above, lots of banging and noise. Not a regular occurance I'm sure but the noise disrupted our sleep a fair bit

Great location for the beach and town with friendly, helpful staff.

The location is right on the beach with direct access. The pool area was well equipped with sunbeds, tables and chairs. The beds were comfortable. The shower was good. Cleaners came regularly.

There were heavy cobwebs suggesting the room had not been cleaned thoroughly, however once pointed out the cleaner came quickly and apologised. The pool is small and cold this time of year. Access from the road is via a fairly steep slope or high steps which some people may find a challenge. Generally the room showed signs of age and in need of decoration.

Good locality, nice staff, but very poor cleaning.

Convenient locality right at the coast, close to public sand beach with restaurants etc. Friendly receptionist.

Dirty sheets (brown spots, hair :( ). Sticky kitchen utilities. Rusty shower with water leaking to the bathroom bottom. Uncomfortable mattresses.

A perfect place in the heart of town

Traveling a lot, I have seen many many different places. And rarely I leave a review. Here I would like to make an exception. The place not only is well located right at the harbor and promenade, but it is also exceptionally clean and well equipped. The owner not only has a good taste, but also an eye for the details, being extremely kind and welcoming at the same time! If all hosts were like him, traveling would be a much greater joy! To make it short: this place is fully recommendable for everyone visiting the town of Puerto del Rosario! A place to feel home immediately!!

Pretty place, right on the beach !

Compact, clean and superb location. Lovely pool for a few people. Melissa at reception was soooo helpful. I would book again because of all these things.

Smell in the apartment was awful, it was not very clean, no soap available, definitely not cosy at all. The entry was difficult as there was no key in the key box etc. Poor value for money

Valentine Treat at Galera Beach

Fantastic location overlooking the beach. Nice quiet pool area. Close to local amenities & attractions. Good value for money. Liked it so much, stayed an extra night. Highly recommended. Will stay here again.

Great location and good apartments in need of a makeover

Staff is very friendly. They also clean every day if you want it. I also got a late checkout. Location is directly at the beach, with a nice bar/restaurant in front of it and courtyard with pool area is nice.

Apartments are ok, however they look much newer in the pictures, maybe they have renovated some of them. Our´s looked a bit worn in some places (see pictures). It would be so easy to fix some of these issues, e.g. replace the old and rusty shower hose, put a new toilet lid on, new curtains, better lighting, replace some of the old kitchen utensils etc. For that price I expected better quality.
