Bad bad and even more bad this hotel should not be advertised I would never go and stay there again

Nothing the hotel was in a bad location very noisy dirty

Bedroom was dirty needs to be up dated the bathroom had mold and scum all round the bath the bathroom door it the heater on the wall to close it the bed had stains on the mattress the mattress had a plastic sheet under the sheet which mad you sweat the door stop between the bathroom and bedroom was lose and moved when you walked over it the sink had a big crack going all the way round it the photo showed tea and coffee making facilities which was not in the room the room was definitely over priced and really not worth the £65 we paid for the night when we asked about the bar we were told it would close at 9pm the reading lamp on the wall was broken and hanging off the wall the air conditioning control panel was hang off the wall there was exposed electrical cables the curtain was hanging off the window.this hotel really needs to be check by someone from booking.com as it is an utter disgrace and to be honest It shouldn’t be advertised on booking.com’s websit.Very disappointing and dissatisfied should be able to view the room before you pay Especially after traveling for 6hours.

La litterie, l'emplacement

Les toilettes qui étaient très mal en points à la limite de se défaire, et les bruits plus l odeur de cigarette car pendant notre séjour une dame se disputait avec son mari visiblement en fumant dans le couloir au téléphone donc on entendait tout et très alcoolisée (pas évident avec un bébé)

L'entretien des chambres et de l'hôtel, la climatisation était très sale pas nettoyée, pas entretenue, les équipements de la salle de bain pas en bon état. Pas de rangement pour les affaires ni pour les bagages

Toplocatie, prima ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel, maar wel achterstallig onderhoud

het ontbijt was zeer goed. Personeel was vriendelijk en correct

de lift was kapot. Volgens mij al lang, want de bordjes op de lift waren oud en vies. 4 hoog de trap op met je bagage is niet fijn. Maar voor 1 persoon handdoeken op de kamer. (Waardoor weer 4 verdiepingen af en op met de trap). Totaal verkeerde naam van het hotel. Er was geen comfort. Veel vergane glorie.

Il y a un ascenseur et l'hôtel est calme et bien placé.

Le petit déjeuner qui nous était promis par BOOKING n'a pas été honoré. Booking fait de la publicité mensongère à propos du petit déjeuné. Nous avons dû payer 18€ supplémentaires de notre poche.

L'hôtel aurait besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement.

La taille de la chambre. Le personnel est adorable, c'est le point très positif. L'accueil a tout fait pour nous être agréable, un vrai plus pour cet établissement.

Ascenseur en panne depuis plusieurs mois donc 4 étages à pied, un peu compliqué à gérer. La chambre était propre mais la salle de bain aurait besoin d'une réfection, joints noircis et trace de rouille, bref aucune envie d'utiliser la baignoire.

Je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience

Emplacement bien situé en ville avec commerces et restaurants à proximité. Chambre spacieuse. Café et thé dans la chambre.

Chambres et SDB vétustes. Moisissure au plafond de la chambre. Mauvaise insonorisation extérieure et intérieure : on profite bien des ronflements du voisin ! Petit déjeuné succinct.

Franchement rien. Les photos n'ont rien à voir avec la réalité.

La liste serait très longue mais avant toute chose les photos sur le site datent de l'établissement neuf. En réalité notre chambre ressemblait à un vieux wagon SNCF des années 80. Je ne met jamais d'avis négatif mais là je ne peux pas ne pas le dire... Du grand n'importe quoi. Clim cassée, lampe brûlée, cuvette des toilettes très usée, évier fendu, il n'y avait même plus de joints sur la faïence de la douche... Bref tout est à reprendre.

L'hôtel est très très vieux, les chambres et l'hôtel paraissent jolies en photo mais en réalité c est très vraiment pas terrible. Du rafistolage électrique, une clim qui doit dater de 1000 ans, des plinthes non collées, etc... mais surtout une absence totale d'insonorisation... On entend un soufflement permanent qui provient des commerces autour, et on sursaute à chaque claquement de porte .. Je ne parle même pas des messages écrits à l'accueil pour prévenir qu'on arriverait plus tard ,restés sans réponse. Petit dej très simple mais correct.

La literie était assez confortable. Le personnel disponible et à l'écoute. Tout le reste n'était pas au niveau attendu (salle de bains en mauvais état, douche/baignoire peu adaptée, la vaisselle sale, la salle de petit dej en piteux état...)

Tout à part la literie correcte et le personnel à l'écoute.

Absolutely hideous, avoid at all costs!!!

This is quite possibly the dirtiest and most run down hotel we have ever stayed in. The pictures are nothing at all like the reality of staying there. The area outside of the hotel was covered in dog mess and the entrance door was shattered. We had a family room booked, this was on the 4th floor with a window that only opened fully into the room. This is unbelievably dangerous for anyone with small children as they could easily fall out if the window was open. The air conditioning unit was absolutely filthy, covered in dust and barely worked. The bathroom was hideous, there was hair (that wasn’t ours!!) all over the tiles, bath and floor. The shower could not hold its temperature and would fluctuate between cold and very hot/scalding every 30 seconds. The holder was also broken so the only was to shower was to hold it in your hand. Nothing had been cleaned properly as there was a thick layer of dust on the skirting, vents etc. There was mould everywhere, all around the bath and on the ceiling in the bedroom. The walls are paper thin, they literally move if you push slightly on them!
