Alles in allem gut

Das Abendessen war lecker. Das Frühstück sehr vielfältig.

Es war gut, aber wir werden nicht mehr kommen. Höchstens fürs Essen!!

Die Zimmerausstattung war neu, jedoch die Matrazen sehr hart. Personal im Restaurant sehr nett!

Man merkt, dass das gesamte Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und z.T. stark renovierungsbedürftig wäre (Balkonholz, z.T. Malerarbeiten, Teppiche). Personal in der Bar nicht sehr freundlich. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen.

バス停から近い　朝食の時　卵とベーコンの焼き方の　希望を聞いてくれた　バスタブもゆったりして　油量も多くお湯もすぐ出てきた

Komme sehr gerne wieder, es war kurz aber sehr schöner Weekend für uns als Paar.

Sehr schön war es rundherum. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mann kann sehr gut essen. Ansonsten super super sauberes Hotel und Hotelzimmer. Das Reception Personal war sehr freundlich.

Habe nichts zu bemängeln. Im Restaurant im 1. Stock warnen wir Abendessen gewesen, super bedienung von Personal.(hat leider nichts mit Pouletschnitzel oder Pommes gehabt.)

Superb

Rooms are great and newly renovated! Nice style. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Great culinary experience! I gladly recommend both hotel and restaurant of Hirschen!

Fair stay, great location

Great location. Very comfortable bed and bathrobe.

Staff at the reception was not very friendly at all or bothered to give the minimum info (breakfast time, WiFi access, …). This was the thing that bothered me the most, did not feel welcomed. Room was ok, but could be better for a four star hotel (no written info e.g. breakfast and checkout times, no slippers for the wellness area). A dog costs 25 extra (cleaning fee), but you don’t get anything in return like in many other hotels (dog bed, bowls, treats).

Apart from not possible to use the spa. It was nice and a little overpriced.

I would have liked to use the Spa and Wellness. But there sadly was no Bathing shorts available to rent.

If you had bathing suits to rent available.

Very pleasant staff, very clean

The breakfast offered waffles which was nice. The bed was comfy, and the room was quiet.

The hotel itself is very modern and not as warm and welcoming in its style and Decore. It was a bit sterile.

I would definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was excellent, room was spacious and very clean, restaurant was great, personnel were friendly and helpful. Excellent location

No contact with the reception from the room, too much noise from the street when windows were opened, no room service, water in the shower was cold for one day, no blinds in the room (curtains were transparent and let the sun in)

Great Hotel, we will return!

Beautifully renovated, clean and modern rooms with a lovely spa. Breakfast was great, we especially loved the cheese table! Dinner was also excellent in both restaurants. Our dog was also welcomed.

Some areas still need renovation, but it didn’t impact our stay!
