Muito bom, atendeu as necessidades, voltaria em outra oportunidade.

Amamos a vista da piscina, o Augusto é um fofo, super atencioso e educado. Quarto bonito, limpo e confortável, tv com canais básicos, acabamos nem usando. O mini mercado 24h foi muito útil pra gente!

Café achamos que ia até 12h como diz no cardápio então perdemos o café da terça por descer 10:20h (disseram que era ate as 10h). Também estava sem ar o restaurante, bem difícil consumir no local sem suar de calor.

Staff was super nice, the breakfast options were great and fresh every day, the location is prime if you need to be in the are to visit clients or need to go to the touristic places

Nothing they could possibly do about it, but planes flying by from the Congonhas are really loud and can wake you up early in the morning.

Good hotel in good location, only if you go to sleep there after 10 pm and get up before 6 am. Otherwise too much noise.

Good facilities, clean and very nice breakfast.

We stayed for two nights. I asked the staff (a man) for a quiet room upon check in and I was told they would provide one. I insisted on this because my wife is pregnant and she needs to rest several times during the day. We got a room in a low floor and on the side facing the avenue, hearing every single bus pass by. I went back down to request a change to a higher floor and quieter room and I was told by the same man that the hotel was fully booked and there were no rooms available. I checked availability in Booking.com and there were many available rooms for that very same night. Too much noise from buses and passing aircrafts. No electricity plugs on both sides of the bed. Booking advertises property with parking, but actually it is not, it is a different company and you have to pay it on top of the hotel room.

Unpleasant, expensive and stressful stay, don’t recommend

The breakfast was good.

I had a really unpleasant experience at the Hotel. The front desk was not prepared to handle the amount of tasks and long cues. First of all, there was no communication that the Hotel pool was not working (this was one of the factors of why we decided to go there). We had booked in two bookings and we were told there was no need to change rooms. However, later we were asked to change rooms and we had the reorganize our personal plans based on that. Once I got back to the Hotel during the night I was not able to enter the Hotel because the room for the second day didn’t had my name on it. The front desk simply lost my name and I had to wake my brother up in the middle of the night to be able to enter my room. Another unpleasant surprise was that the employees communicated different times for the start of breakfast. The amenities of the hotel are outdated. We can see stains in our towels and even on the ceiling of the toilet. The elevator was constantly not recognizing the room keys and we had to do several trips to the front desk to magnetize them again and again. I’m deeply disappointed and I regret this unpleasant and stressful experience. I’m not even mentioning the constant airplane noises that were not blocked by the thin windows they had. The worst part is overpaying for a service that definitely needs improvement. I do not recommend it.

Awful!!! The hotel needs maintenance, the gym is dirty and super small. Breakfast wasn’t so good as well.

horrible experience

Just the location

everything, from facilities to services. hotel lost power for 6 hours one day. Breakfast was poor and floor extremely dirty. Room was out of maintenance, lights not working and wallpaper was detached from the wall.

Good location for me, hotel decent, good room with good facilities. Restaurant onsite which was also fine with good service

Man at the reception a bit off. His card machine rejected both my credit and debit cards. I pointed out that my cards were good, he insisted his card machine was fine. In the end had to borrow my brother's card to pay for stay. Went out 20 mins later, used credit card at shop, working fine.

i can't reccomend this hotel to anybody

the breakfast was very good,the bed was comfortable

very noisy,the staff didnt speak english as promised,the room was dirty,there was only 1 chair and 1glass in the room,the safe wasn't working,we had to ask for a chair and for the safe had to be put right
