Excellent rapport qualité prix

L’hôtel est très bien situé tout en étant au calme. Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine également . Grande chambre fonctionnelle Personnel agréable

Pésimo alojamiento.

Las camas son cómodas y la habitación aceptable

El alojamiento con contó con servicio de alimentación a ninguna hora del día, es decir tocó desplazarse para poder comer, y el desayuno que estaba incluido, estaba malísimo, la piscina estaba en mal estado y sucia; el personal tiene muy mala atención, les daba mal genio que uno les pidiera un favor, no recomiendo quedarse en este alojamiento.

Gepflegte Anlage mit großen und ruhigen Zimmern.

Großes ruhiges Zimmer im Hacienda-Stil in einem sehr gepflegten Garten, der auch abends noch Gelegenheit zu einem Sprung in das große und schön gestaltete Schwimmbecken oder einfach nur zum Entspannen bot.

Would be a 10 if it wasn’t for the breakfast, which was very simple. Bread would run out after a while and staff was not the nicest.

Big comfortable room with a comfortable bed and warm shower.

Poor wifi. The pool was dirty (green) so we didn't use it. We saw other pools that were crystal clear so it wasn't the environment it was just poor upkeep. Restaurant suggestions that deliver would have been appreciated as we arrived late and the night attendant told us there was nothing walking distance but he only knew about getting a whole chicken delivered. We googled and found options.

The hotel is away from the town so perfect for some peace and quiet. The pool was nice, and the gardens well maintained.

The restaurant was not very good; not much choice, expensive and not very well cooked. And we were told when we could eat, not asked what would suit us. The hotel is too far to walk to anywhere else to eat out. The other rooms in the hotel were being used by a huge crew of workmen at the time we were there. They arrived in large noisy trucks at the end of the afternoon, left early in the morning with a lot of noise, and seemed to have eaten most of the breakfast choices! We were the only guests here at that time and yet we couldn t use the room till our night bus . We had to hang out in the common areas.

reception told us dinner until 7pm. then we arrive to dinner before 7 and they told us only sit in one table. Bad attitude of minimun staff and food disgusting. now they said breakfast only until 8.30. very noisy from 5 am couldnt sleep

Overall an amazing experience.

Pool and outdoor spaces are an absolute plus to the experience. Bedroom really spacious, beds really confortable. Breakfast was great and the hours were excellent.

There was no kitchen service at arrival (8pm). No fresh water in the breakfast. Had to ask for a glass of water. Pillow was a bit too big, no other pillow options.

The outside (screen) door didn't shut properly and we had issues with the toilet.

Really enjoyed our stay, good breakfast and the restaurant at night had a good choice of food.

Pool and gardens are beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful. They organised really good trips for us.

great location but very poor customer service and hotel hygiene

location is perfect for the Nazca lines and the bus terminal

cleanliness was very bad - the bathroom was flooded and brown dirt was all over the shower. the pool was also unusable because there was so much stuff in the water. we also ate at the hotel and the food was left out for a day and a half to rot. customer service didn’t help to resolve - very lacklustre.

Hotel located in a beautiful and quiet area. The swimming pool was also very enjoyable. The rooms were huge, especially the bathroom, and very confortable.

Great place to relax and enjoy Nazca excursions!

Lovely facilities and the room was large, comfy and had air con! We loved the swimming pool and all of the places around the hotel to relax. The staff were friendly and the receptionist was very helpful arranging the flight over the Nazca lines and other excursions. We loved our stay here.

Just an overnight stay

We arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning so I can’t speak to much . It was clean, the staff we encountered were helpful and polite . The room was large .
