We definitely enjoyed our stay in a lovely home.

The apartment was really cozy and exceptionally clean. It’s a quiet neighbourhood and the host was very nice. We didn’t miss a thing.

Large space for 2 persons, with a balcony and parking space, but...

It was good to stay close to rovinji (about 15 min drive) in a large space for 2 persons, with balcony and parking space.

Beach reachable in walking distance was not so nice, and the walk was quite dusty between cars passing in both directions. The host was insisting to receive payment asap after the arrival, only by cash (with a change of 7.5 kn/1euro while everywhere we found it hard to get even 7kn per 1 euro, plus the very inconvenient bank fees for withdrawing). There was a strong smell of smoke on blankets and towels. I guess price was not extremely high but I am not sure I'd go back there again when visiting Rovigno

Nice and quiet. A good restaurant is really close by.

It needs insect nets for the windows and doors.

The host is a very rude person. He doesn't respect the customer. The suite was good but I would never go back there for this terrible man.

Good stay!

The host was attentive and at the same time respected our rest. The rooms have all you need for cooking. Also, they have fresh towels, a washing machine, and in general all the rooms were clean. There is enough parking for all guests. In the backyard they have a grill and seating area for guests, with a kitchenette and radio for playing music. The beach is 10min drive from the apartment, and the Golden Cape is 20min. In general a good accommodations and pleasant host.

In general the apartment offers things that are expected for the price range they ask for.

Very good

Quiet part of town

access to terrase not from apartment but from corridor , missing protection agains sun on terrase, hot water not available all day(expect that boiler has not sufficient capacity for all apartments),view from terrase is to neighbour house terrase with neighbours view on you)

The apartment and location was excellent, and it was great value for money.

When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by the owner of the apartment (Denis). Throughout the two week stay, we found the owners very friendly and wonderful people.
