Die Betreiber waren sehr nett und bemüht.

Vor unserem Zimmer war die Heizungsanlage des Hauses installiert, so dass es mit unter in der Nacht sehr laut war und wir nicht schlafen konnten. Die Unterkunft war an sich ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr sauber, jedoch bereits in die Jahre gekommen, fehlende Duschtür, rostender Mülleimer.

Peaceful location,friendly hosts,with wonderful pool and lovely breakfasts.

Quite peaceful location with easy access to historical sites and excellent restaurants nearby.Anthola and Andrea were perfect hosts and made us feel at home.Breakfasts were delicious and freshly prepared.

Hosts are very welcoming. we had a family room with jacuzzi that worked properly and was clean. Breakfast was tasty and had big portions.

Finding the place was a bit tricky. Contacting host required a phone call, as we were delayed from our original check in time. As we had only cellular data sim, it was problematic to contact the host when we arrived (and no one was there).

Pleasant

The stuff was very polite. They changed the room, because we didn't like the one wich was given to us. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were much smaller then presented. Tv wasn't working (they tried to fix it, but didn't work again). Shower gel and shampoo were big bottles, obviously used already.

Fine, but could use some work

The hospitality was really nice, the owner has treated us very kindly and even gave us some tips for the dinner. The accommodation was calm and quiet.

The ceiling in the room could use some work. It took a long time to get hot water running. One part of the shower door was missing. The shower wasn't the cleaniest. Would be great to get some fresh fruit at the breakfast.

Location - it's perfect - in a middle of nowhere, but also so close to.the coast, mountains, highway etc. Hosts are very friendly, and English style breakfast were amazing. Rooms - classical, modern (depending on preferences) - all super comfy

Leaking jacuzzi in 2 rooms. Loose tiles in the pool, also algae (however it was after the season - maybe it was just waiting for maintenance). Some minor esthetic details.

Esperando deserves 10 points. From the start we felt comfortable and pleasant. It looks as very nicely renewed and equiped an old house. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Owners are helpful, ... may sey they are adorable. Thanks for all.

beautiful property and rooms, great facilities and a great breakfast every morning. perfect location in Maroni which is central to everything service was 10/10 and the hosts were fantastic every day! will be coming back to Esperando for sure!

Beautiful house and outside area

The room that was given to us wasn't even shown on the site when I booked. I booked because the room looked comfortable and nice and ended up with a clistophopic tiny room. We didn't even stay in the end. The A/C was also playing on and off.

Beautifully serene

First and foremost the owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, towels and everything else catered for. Beautifully decorated, and I personally loved the architecture, the garden and the peace and quiet. The pool was clean and open at all times and the breakfast was delicious.

It would have been nice if we had more healthy options for breakfast. Also, the place needs just a little bit of TLC e.g. a loose screw in the bathroom door and a few wall tiles missing at the pool, but nothing major. Overall is a beautiful place, definitely worth visiting!

A charming, relaxing location off the beaten track

Enormous breakfast which will set you up for the day, no need for lunch for sure! Unfortunately, the coffee options were via a machine, not fresh filter. Anthoula was so charming and helpful and it was a really relaxing stay

Due to covid, some of the pool mozaics are falling off and there was a small leak from our toilet - it is really hard to get hold of building/plumbing/tradesmen at the moment, so they're awaiting his availability to attend to repairs etc.

Like a home, great food, beautiful property, clean rooms/bath and helpful staff

Loved the service, felt like family. The breakfast was warm and local, fresh ingredients, prepared with love. The property was green and even cats roamed around. The room was spacious, clean and the shower was great (only issue is ventilation in the bathroom). Beautifully preserved old parts of the house, old decoration and staff was super helpful with tips and reservations.

I was only concerned about the ventilation in the bathroom, as our room had now windows or ventilation pipes.

5 star hospitality and stay

The property is very old Cypriot style whilst being very well presented in a clean and homely environment The breakfast provided got the day off to a great start. No need to eat then until the evening 😊 Anthoula was exceptionally helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she just loved being on hand to assist in any way possible A great 5 star stay in a lovely quiet location

Place with love and care

Great host, excellent breakfast, always with fresh fruits and vegetables, the room with the garden, and the pool, and the unique atmosphere. It is the perfect location, quiet place, great to rest. We felt like at home.
