午前中しか受付にホテルの方がいないので、もし、カードキーを部屋に忘れてドアロックしたらどうするのか心配になりました。パン焼き器が欲しい。

One day we were late for breakfast but the ladies brought almost everything back for us to eat. It was a very kind gesture that I have not seen in any other hotel.

The stuff was not available all the time. The reception was open till about 11AM. We arrived in the evening, about 7PM, and we had to self check/in through an electronic device located at the entrance with Czech as the only available language. We could pay only by card and only in Czech Koruna even though the booking was in Euros. When we entered the room we did not have a controller for the air-conditioner, we were calling the two available phone numbers, one was not answering and the other one picked up but the person didn't speak English. We asked the help of a local to call and speak in Czech. But after the successful call someone arrived in just 10 mins (that's the good part) and gave us the controller that was not even the room.

Great stay, really big & comfortable room, free drinks in the dining room :-)

Check in machine was a bit clunky and kept rejecting my passport number/ details so I had to start again a few times

Central location. I recommend it.

Cosy place, central location. Kind and helpful girl from reception. Spacious and clean room and bathroom as well. Comfy bad and pillows. In scope of hotel there is nice pub-restaurant offering good beers and foods.

I expected better breakfast. Not big choice, average quality. This is only reason for mark 8, otherwise will be 9 at least.

I required room with shower as far as I handicap, therefore I orded over month ago they did not read my request from google booking. As I understand they did not use it. I ordered deluxe room and was much more worst then the normal rooms I had several before. Aircondition didnot work. Nobody on side only over phone. We (me and my partner) received room in top floor where the attic and the beds were just under the walls so I banged my head several times when I got up.

Very good choice to stay in Uherské Hradiště

Hotel with a very nice atmosphere - friendly and warm. Staff attentive and helpful. Good restaurant in a patio - local cuisine and beer. Close to the center and main attractions. Limited number of hotel's parking places on a street - but to be honest Staff proposed to repay your parking bill for a public parking places. Tasty breakfast - maybe not so varied but always fresh.
