Wunderschöner Familien - Freunde - Urlaub

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 5 Familien mit Kindern in der Villa Murva - jede Familie hatte ihr eigenes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen - Klimatisierung in den Zimmern, große Küche, um auch für große Gruppen zu kochen, der wunderschöne Pool mit extra Kinderbereich (wärmer und flacher!), der große Essbereich draußen, Fahrräder für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, und auch bei schlechtem Wetter genug Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten (großes Wohnzimmer, Billiard und Kicker, theoretisch großer Fernseher mit Netflix und Play Station den wir aber nicht gebraucht haben). Super Kommunikation mit Ivan. Wir hatten die Schlafmöglichkeiten für die kleinen Kinder selbst dabei, wenn wir Bescheid gegeben hätten, hätten wir aber auch Reisebetten oder Gitterbetten von Ivan bekommen. Auch als die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte haben wir sofort Hilfe von Ivan bekommen. Auch Infos zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Aktivitäten haben wir sofort bekommen. Einziges "Manko" ist die Entfernung zum Meer, hier braucht man ca 30 bis 40 Minuten in jede Richtung. Vorteil ist aber, dass man die Westseite und die Ostseite erreicht und so die volle Auswahl hat, wohin man fährt. Die Kinder hatten so viel Spaß vor Ort, dass wir auch nicht das Bedürfnis hatten, jeden Tag einen Ausflug zu machen. Fazit: perfekte Villa für mehrere Familien oder aber auch Gruppen von Freunden ohne Kindern - passt zu jedem, der ein paar Tage zusammen verbringen will!

One of our friends did not like pillows. But he's from US, accustomed to higher standards than the rest of us, modest Europeans.

Rustic charm, great pool, great location

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Murva. The house oozes rustic charm and the rooms, all with air con, are very comfortable. The pool area and games room with pool table kept the kids (and adults) occupied all week. We made maximum use of the great outdoor kitchen and dining area, barbecuing on the open fire and eating outside every evening. Ivan the owner was very responsive to our questions and when we discovered the dishwasher was broken when we arrived, he replaced it immediately. The mid week towel change was a nice touch. The house is perfectly located 10 mins by car to Zminj for provisions, 45 mins by car to Rovinj on the coast and a 20 minute bike ride to pretty Svetvincenat. Villa Murva is a charming property full of character and a great spot from which to explore Istria.

A unique place

This is not typical holiday facility but rather a house that has a story to tell. Perfect property for big families or friends that would like to spend a weekend or a week together. You will get big, almost half professional kitchen, nice dinning and living rooms, excellent barbecue place, sauna, whirlpool etc.

Some appliances didn't work (stove, dishwasher, coffee machine) but the landlord lord assured us that he will fix it right away.
