Absolutely stunning villa. Clean and extremely spacious. Great children’s play house and games room for the young ones to be fully occupied as well as the brilliant pool. We loved every minute of staying here. The owner was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions or recommendation requests for our stay. The ping pong table was a bonus for the adults too 😊

Great stay for 10 people, plenty of space and clean, good outdoor space and games room an added bonus and the table tennis table as well. Scenery is great with view of mountains, only issue is location to other bigger towns where cab or car is needed, but overall a great villa.

Just returned from a 2 week stay what a beautiful house it is a little remote but the house is so lovely and has everything you need to no need to leave.
We didn’t hire a car but the local taxis are very realiable and good prices.

This villa is even better than the photos and listing on vrbo.
It is very well decorated in a traditional style which is dark wood throughout. The villa interior was very cool, and the exterior was a good sized paved terrace with a medium pool and a fabulous bbq area.
We also enjoyed the local town and surrounding areas. It is essential to have a car in this area.
We hope to return.

Great communication with owners. On arrival place was spotless and better than expected! Children’s play house outside with lots of resources for them. Car needed to get around. Only thing that would be helpful is ‘how to’ guide of little things such as lights in garden, air con, nearest large food shopping places, restaurants. Fantastic stay here though, everything we needed.

Fabulous property. Super clean, well equipped. Everything you need is there. Excellent communication with the hosts - they went above and beyond with any questions from us.
For families with babies/young kids - this is a great option as there is plenty of equipment such as stair gates, cribs, high chairs, bed guards etc easily accessible.
The toy house is awesome!

From start to finish, Antonio, Mari and their family couldn't have done more to make our stay truly perfect.
The villa was more than any of us expected and whilst the pictures on the website are lovely, the reality is that it is so spacious, clean, well maintained and unique.
We had 6 adults and 2 children under 5 so the space, the pool and the playhouse were much appreciated.
When I enquired prior to our arrival if there were any pool noodles for children, I was informed that they weren't at the time but Mari went out of her way to purchase some so they were there on our arrival.
We had also organised an online shop to arrive the day we landed. Due to delay in our transfer collecting us, Mari kindly went to the villa to wait for it.

We were 13 people and the house accommodated us perfectly. Clean and with everything we needed. An easy 30min drive to wherever we needed to go but also 5 min drive to the small village that had restaurants and groceries. Very picturesque and lovely hosts that were always available and helpful. Would highly recommend this place !!

Absolutely Brilliant A++!
Just returned from our stay in this fabulous Villa.
Great location only 30mins from airport/Malaga, with the town of Alhaurin el Grande being 5mins drive away, with shops and many resturants. A good base for exploring - we visited Malaga, Marbella, Gibraltar and some of the fabulous beaches. But would recommend you getting a car.
The Villa itself is massive. There were 9 of us, ranging ages between 16-65 with loads to do. The pool is big and in a great spot that gets sun all day, a games room, large TV area, kitchen with everything you need, outdoor BBQ area, playhouse for little ones and is all air conditioned.
Great communication with the owners who were always at the end of a phone call for any issues. They looked after us so well.
A great stay, we can't recommend enough and we were all heartbroken to be leaving. We'll definitely be returning!

The house was beyond the pictures. Very well kept. The Location was perfect for us, at a small farm like town of Alhaurin de Grande. Our family felt very comfortable, 12 people. Mari is very best property manager. Great communications. Thank you for a great stay!!

Nice spacious house
Myself and 10 friends had a very nice stay at the end of September. The house itself is very clean and spacious. Rentak car(s) are a must though as nothing is within walking distance and getting several taxis every time to go somewhere wasn’t ideal. Other than that I can definitely recommmend.

La casa es impresionante. Todo muy limpio, con todo tipo de detalle y comodidades, la piscina el billar todo genial, pero lo mejor de todo son los dueños Mari y Antonio, su calidad humana es enorme, compresivos en todo momento y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier eventualidad. A nosotros se nos estropeó uno de los termos y se cortó el agua y vivieron a las doce de la noche a arreglarnos el problema. Son un encanto en la máxima expresión. Repetiremos sin duda.

2020 Getaway
We are a family of 10 from 6 yrs to 69 yrs old we had a fabulous stay in the villa, you couldn't have asked for more within the villa everything was very clean and great quality with plenty of space. The games room and pool were particular favorites with us all. The villa is within a quite area but only a short car/taxi ride away with a large supermarket, bars and restaurants. Our only recommendation is that you'd would need to have a car or rely on taxis. Antonio and Mari were only a phone call away but due to the excellent villa we had no need to call upon them. Thanks for a great stay.

Vale la pena cada euro que pagas. Dice que la casa es de lujo y es cierto. Tienes de todo lo que puedes imaginar, no echas en falta ni siquiera detalles; y sin restricciones de uso.
Además se ve todo nuevo y de calidad incluso cosas recién compradas (sin estrenar). Desde el principio notas que los propietarios se preocupan por mantener continuamente el nivel 10. Un gustazo y una gran suerte haber elegido esta casa para DISFRUTAR de las vacaciones

Our short break away
January 16-20 . We was a party of 11 varying a age from 16-54 . We had a wonderful stay at the villa , the photos don’t do the size of it justice , it’s very large and spacious .
Everything you need and more is available .
The whole group had something to amuse themselves with .
Being January we obviously didn’t use the pool but it still looked very inviting . The bbq area and the games room was used to the full .
Antonio and Mari was very helpful and was in call if needed .
We used mercadona supermarket in the local town which is a five minute drive away .
Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful villa . We will definitely be back again

Perfect holiday for a family of 7
Had a lovely break in August 2019. The villa was perfect for us and the kids had a great time with the pool and the games room - we didn’t worry about noise at all when they were in there.

Wonderful villa
We were returning guests to this villa as it ticks all the boxes for us. It is clean, spacious, well equipped with everything you need. The children are very well catered for- stair gates, bed rails, play house and plenty of toys.

This is our second visit. Superb property and Mari and her husband go out of their way to assist with anything required.
We asked for a potable gas stove and large pot to cook outside. It was there when we arrived.

This Villa was absolutely fabulous, very well equipped for our 12 person party.
We had an absolutely fabulous week in this place with a party of twelve persons. Enough of space to not be disturbing each other, for them who wants to be by themselves for an hour or two. The weather was also nice so late in season, so we have also spend some time in the pool area which was appreciated for all of us. The house is full equipped for all types of activities, rest areas, game room, barbecue, TV and the pool area, wi-fi also strong enough for all who was in need for this.
We was warm welcomed by our host Mari and Antony when we arrived, and they were easy to get in touched with when their were any questions. Also, there was a small issue with one of all showers, and they came and fixed it directly.
We can recommend this house for all types of visitors, families with kids or only adults.

Perfektes Domizil für unseren Aufenthalt
Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen in der Villa la Paca und wurden dort von den Eigentümern sehr freundlich empfangen und durch das Haus geführt. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag fühlten wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben in dieser Villa!
Was Sauberkeit und Ausstattung betrifft wurden alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und zum Teil sogar übertroffen. Wir werden unseren nächsten Spanien-Urlaub sehrwahrscheinlich wieder hier verbringen!

Amazing villa
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, exceptionally clean well stocked villa. It has everything you could need and is very child friendly. Our party consisted of ten adults and my three year old grandson. The little house for children to play in is fabulous with lots of toys and games and my grandson loved it. The bbq was fantastic and we used it on several occasions. The pool was great though a bit too cold for some of us. The views are spectacular and we saw eagles daily. It is in a very quiet location with similar villas on the same road. We would come back here to stay again and I would recommend it without hesitation. The only niggle is in the description. We booked it because we were told it had 5 bathrooms when infact it has 3. It also stated in the information that there was an outdoor jacuzzi and a safe. It had neither of these things. Also the two bedrooms on the ground floor could be awkward as you have to walk through one to get to the other. None of these things were a problem for us but some people might not be so happy about it. Taking everything into account it was a great holiday and we all said we would love to come back

Great place to relax
The villa was very nice and a place to stay with family for a relaxing time. It was very clean and had a wonderful pool area, the grill was also good for afternoon BBQ, separate kitchen. The great view. It was also very safe with the fence and satefy box in the house. Málaga was easy to reach by car. Supermarkets and restaurants were close. Maria was pending that we may lack nothing, gave us to try their olive oil. We can easily recommend this place for anyone who wants to spend a nice, relaxing time in a laid back atmosphere.

Mooie complete gezinswoning
Wij hebben gelogeerd in deze woning van 21 oktober t/m 28 oktober. We zijn prima ontvangen door de eigenaar. Het is een complete leuk ingericht gezinswoning met alle voorzieningen. Het huis is in goede staat met een mooie ruime tuin eromheen. Van hieruit hebben we de plaatsen Malaga, Sevilla's en Granada bezocht. Het stadje Alhaurin el Grande is dichtbij, waar genoeg winkels en restauranten zijn,. We hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad en genoten van het huis, de omgeving, het weer en het lekker eten in Spanje. Top!!

Absolutely wonderful! It was a pleasant stay. The villa was very nice, big, hygienic and the quality of the facilities (kitchen, bedrooms, swimming pool etc.) in the villa was very high. The villa (area) is also kid friendly. Our holiday was so relaxing, because of the good atmosphere of the villa. It’s was really enjoyable! It’s a nice staying for a big family with kids! We also enjoyed of the view. It’s feels like an second home for us in Malaga.
Juan you are an very kind person! You showed us the house and you had bought the first needs (even for the baby), because we arrived in the evening! We are thankful for staying in such a wonderful place. The place is really recommended and we will definitely book your house again!

Pasamos unos dias estupendo, buscabamos relax y sin duda lo encontramos. Unas vistas preciosas a la montaña. La casa muy comoda y limpia. No nos faltó de nada, los niños difrutaron muchisimo en la casita. Los propietarios muy amables. Muy recomendada, sin duda repetiremos.

Beautiful
On arrival we were greeted by the owners and given a tour of the villa. This villa is lovely. We were 2 adults and 2 children and this place was massive for the 4 of us.
The rooms are big and have air con. The showers are very powerful. The grand bedroom with en suite was so nice. There is a room which actually separates the bedroom and bathroom which is full of wardrobes and storage. There is also a door which leads onto a balcony overlooking the front of the villa.
The kids stayed on the ground floor which had 2 adjoining rooms separated by a bathroom, they loved that they had separate bedrooms but still 'in together'

The kitchen and lounge area were spacious and everything you needed.
The decking and pool area (where much of our time was spent) is really nice . The pool is unheated but is really refreshing on the hot days....the kids were never out of it. Plenty of seating and 6 sunbeds. The BBQ area is adequate, but we had to clean it before we used it.
All in all this villa was perfect for us. Quiet and the views are spectacular of the mountains.
If you are looking for a lively area, this is not for you. Its around 25 minutes away from Malaga airport and the tourist places. Easily accessible in a car.
Few things are provided, toilet roll, a limited amount of cleaning products. We bought our own in the end to clean up properly, inc our own bin bags.
Just a few things I think would put the finishing touches on our stay would be to have an information book. Where to take the bins, where keys are stored, where the freezer and other fridges are. So you're not spending time looking for things. Just some information of what time the pool starts to filter and the garden lights come on. These are really just little things.
In all we had a fantastic stay, nice and relaxing. This villa is lovely, would perfectly accommodate 12 people. I would go back and stay. I would recommend this villa to my friends.
