About this apartment rental
Is it possible to holiday in the centre of Sorrento and still be surrounded by nature? The answer is a firm ‘yes’ when it comes to Appartamento Carmela. Situated on the 3rd floor of a building (with lift) set amidst magnificent gardens, this airy and elegant apartment extends over 160 m² and sleeps 10.
Enter the apartment into an expansive living room with open space kitchen, generously furnished with sofas, a desk, dining table for 8, SMART TV and with two balconies accessed directly via large glass doors. There are four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The apartment complex boasts extensive gardens with a tennis court (on payment) and a shared 400 m² swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15). Cool down in the summer heat in the pool area where there are tables, chairs, parasols, deckchairs and outside showers.
As an added bonus, the apartment is very well-located, close to the centre of town and just a short distance from a selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

• Bedroom 1 with private bathroom: King-size bed, air conditioning and heating, TV, private terrace – Bathroom: Sink, toilet, bidet, bath with rainfall shower, hairdryer
• Bedroom 2 with private bathroom: King-size bed (can be divided in 2), air conditioning and heating, TV, small kitchen corner, private terrace – Bathroom: sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle, hairdryer
• Bedroom 3 with private bathroom: King-size bed, air conditioning and central heating, TV, window – Bathroom: Sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle, hairdryer
• Bedroom 4 with private bathroom: Queen-size bed (can be divided in 2), double sofa bed (ideal for 2 children), air conditioning and heating, TV, window – Bathroom: Sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle, hairdryer

• Free use of the pool. The pool is shared with the other residents and is available from June 15 to September 15, from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM, and then from 04:30 PM until 07:30 PM.
• On request, for a fee, it is possible to rent the tennis court present in the residential park. Tennis rackets are not available to rent.

Not included in the price, to be paid on site:
• Final cleaning 270,00 euros
• Tourist tax 4,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights from 01/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay
• Late arrival fee after 8:00 PM to midnight, 50,00 euros. For arrivals after midnight an extra fee of 80,00 euros will be requested.
On request, for a fee:
• American Breakfast 150,00 euros a day plus the grocery shopping
• Private chef 350,00 euros for lunch or dinner plus the grocery shopping
• Extra cleaning 15,00 euros per hour
• Extra change of linen and towels 15,00 euros per person
