Pretty place in top location

Felt typical mexican, rooms are in the back, away from the street noise. Location is perfect. Room was pretty, comfortable, clean - rather on the small side but enough to open suitcases.

As non spanish speaker, we would have appreciated even basic English from staff but they were friendly and useful (plus the magic of Google Translate overcome this inconvenience.... :-))

LEAN MI RESEÑA, BUENO, PERO NECESITAN MEJORAR PARA UNA ESTADÍA PERFECTA.

El hotel es estupendo, cómodo, limpio, acogedor, bella decoración, la ubicación es excelente camas super cómodas, para mí gusto almohadas muy altas, luz tenue en todo el hotel, a mí me gusta, quizás a alguien más no, en general un excelente hotel, pero si tiene detalles que afinar para una estadía perfecta.

1.- Dicen tener TV con cable y ni TV abierta tienen, la TV es smartv y puedes ver YouTube o Netflix si tienes cuenta, pero y si no tienes pues te aburres, y no cuesta mucho ponerle a la TV una antena individual de $50 pesos para poder recibir canales locales y tener algo que ver, (yo lo resolví con un Clip metálico en la entrada de la antena, donde se conecta el coaxial, escaneé canales y tuve TV abierta que ellos no resolvieron cuando pedí en recepción que me proporcionaran por lo menos TV abierta, compren una caja de clips si no quieren gastar en antenas y le darán un servicio de mejor calidad a los huéspedes), se que a san Cristóbal vas a recorrer la ciudad, pero me tocó días lluviosos y las calles de la ciudad se inundan te mojas de todas todas los pies, entonces me obligó el clima a quedarme en el hotel aburriendo me. 2.- los pasillos en cada nivel cuentan con mesas y sillas, butacas etc para sentarte a conversar o disfrutar un café con la vista a la ciudad o los jardines, pero el hotel no establece horarios para su uso y hay huéspedes que llegan a media noche o de madrugada como me pasó a mi, a eso de las 2 am llegaron al.hotel otros huéspedes y estaban con el relajo a todo lo que da y despertaron a toda mi familia, los encargados jamás pidieron moderar el nivel de vos a estás personas, tuve que salir a pedirles amablemente de favor bajar la vos, y ellos amablemente lo hicieron y se metieron a dormir, esto después de una hora sin que nadie les pidiera respetar el descanso de los demás, aclaro de verdad no soy delicado de esas cuestiones pero sinceramente era exagerado el ruido y la displicencia de los encargados para poner orden, sobre todo a esa hora, dejo mucho que desear su proceder.

Small inconveniences but beautiful property, great location, and good customer service.

The property is beautiful.

The room was a bit dark. Water took awhile to heat up when showering. The water wouldn’t go down the drain leaving a pool of water in the shower.

Super comfortable, clean and peaceful hotel to stay in! The biggest bed and best shower!

Very peaceful and quiet location that was so close to all main attractions, The hotel interior and garden were very beautiful, the staff cleaned my room daily, and the shower was hot and powerful. The bed is huge and so comfortable. For the price, it is quite such a gem of a find.

Nice place, which could be even better

Our room turned out to be a 2 bedroom apartment with two terraces, which was a nice surprise. The location is great - very close the all the main attractions and nice restaurants. Posada was also very clean and the staff was helpful.

It was quite cold in the room and the internet did not work sometimes. We also missed some basic things that could have made the room a bit nicer, such as a bathroom mat (especially because the floors were very cold and got wet) and things like a water fountain, which would be a nice replacement for plastic bottles in the room.

Very nice hotel, but

In 2 nights, a group of people arrived at the hotel and there was a LOT of noise and we couldn't sleep

Very pretty, but beware of possible damp bathrooms

Really pretty internal gardens and characterful rooms.

We had two rooms. The bathroom in one was a cave with no ventilation and extremely damp. Anything left in there became saturated. We only stayed one night, so didn't ask for a move.

Adorable and accommodating

The bathroom overflows. But it just maybe that it’s an older building.

Very good

The room was very small but comfortable. Overall the location and value of the hotel is worth it.

Unfortunately the rooms can be noisy, several nights I was woken up by guests coming and going. The rooms are very dark, you have to keep the curtains closed for privacy. While the staff don’t speak English they could try and interact with the guests a little more and offer support.

it is a cute place.

There is a bar around the corner that plays “boom, boom, boom” music all night. The room would vibrate. even ear plugs did not help.

Superb

The hotel is super cozy and clear. It's absolutely central but at the same time it is not noisy. Highly recommended.

The only thing that might be problematic is that the staff does not speak English.

Really underrated hotel in superb location!

Staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. A superb location in the heart of the city. Hotel was beautiful and tranquil, very comfortable and reasonable rooms. Had a traditional feel in line with the rest of San Cristóbal.

Hot water was inconsistent but this wasn't a big issue. No major complaints!
