About this villa rental
Modern 300 m2 villa with private swimming pool, all amenities, well equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, all rooms are quite spacious. The beaches are very required in high season. As an alternative to sun bathing you can enjoy the huge green space it offers, provided with shade and garden stuff. The immediate neighborhood is located about 100 meters and privacy is absolute. Comfort assured to enjoy the home as well as an alternative to many rides and places taht can be visited in the region, as mentioned in the location.

Casa ottima per riposo e visite
Casa ai margini di un paese raggiungibile la prima volta accompagati dal gestore. La posizione è ottima per visitare tutto il centro del Portogallo, i vari patrimoni Unesco e il mare. In paese un piccolo negozio di alimentari e a 15' varie città con tutti i servizi.
Posizionata su una strada poco frequentata; a 50 è presente l'asilo ed alcune case che poi si susseguono verso il paese.
La casa è la residenza dei proprietari nei mesi non estivi. Vi sono quindi tutti i servizi di uso comune e abbondanza di stovie/sedie/..; le cose personali sono per lo più rimosse per cui non danno fastidio. I locali sono spaziosissimi (3 bagni di cui 2 completi, ampio garage, tavolo per 10 persone, ..) ben arredati e molto luminosi; i letti non ci sono risultati molto comodi.
All'esterno un ottima piscina con ricircolo dell'acqua, una comoda zona barbecue, sdraio, un ampio prato ad irrigazione automatica (attenzione che parte regolarmente tutte le sere), angoli fioriti, non ci sono piante che diano zone d'ombra ma la casa ha piccoli terrazzi attrezzati su tutti i lati. Gestore presente a pochi minuti dalla casa.

Casa térrea muito espaçosa, com um belo e grande jardim e uma piscina muito agradável (que está sempre ao sol :-)
As instalações são óptimas, tem tudo o que é necessário para passar umas boas férias.
Acolhimento muito simpático pelo Sr. Celestino, check-in e check-out muito fáceis e rápidos.
Excelente comunicação com a D. Célia, que resolveu de imediato um pequeno problema de ligação com o wifi.
Aconselhamos vivamente, não hesitem, vão gostar muito!

La casa es una gozada y dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Es muy amplia y acogedora. Está muy bien. La ubicación está bien pero un poco apartada. Necesitas el coche para todo.

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, alleine die Bausubstanz müsste saniert werden, da das Haus stark unter Feuchtigkeit leidet Schöner Garten. Ordentliche Ausstattung. Der Ort selber ist nicht sehr interessant, die nahe Küste bietet aber viel Natur. Auch ansonsten bietet die Umgebung viele interessante Punkte.
Im Ort selber gibt es ein hervorragendes Restaurant!
Der nahe Militärflugplatz stört tatsächlich so gut wie gar nicht. Die Flugbewegungen lassen sich an zwei Händen abzählen

Séjour très reposant, au calme. Nous avons aussi beaucoup visité la région. La famille de Mme Domingues est très accueillante et présente en cas de nécessité.

Sehr komfortables, erstklassig ausgestattetes Haus. Großer Garten, schöner, gepflegter swimming-pool. Strände gut erreichbar, Lage ebenfalls geeignet für Tagesausflug nach Lissabon oder Porto. Angenehmer Kontakt mit Vermieterin via Email, vor Ort vertreten durch den Vater (spricht französisch). Supermarkt u. gutes Restaurant vor Ort. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

La maison est très fonctionnelle : buanderie, 2 salles de bain et toilettes
Elle est suffisamment spacieuse pour que chacun aie son espace .
La piscine est très appréciable aux retours des promenades et pour les frileux qui ne réussissent pas les baignades dans l atlantique
La maison est très bien positionner pour des balades sur le sites d alcobaca, tomar, Fatima, obidos, Navarre... Bref la possibilité de visiter ce magnifique pays avec peu de déplacement.
Le petit village est calme , et la petite épicerie suffisamment achalendee pour nos besoins... Un petit coin de paradis en résumé...

comfortable house in a good location
My husband and I spent a week in this villa. We were welcomed by the owner's father, Celestino who is a very friendly man; The house is comfortable, spacious and very clean. The garden is very private with a small swimming-pool. You can use the garage which is a bonus as it is safe and cool. The villa is well situated near lots of interesting places and not far from the Atlantic. We visited Batalha, Alcobaça, Nazaré, Ourem and Tomar. The starfighters were exercising twice while we were there. It did not bother us. We found it fascinating to watch them while we were sitting in the garden. We would definitely advise the villa to our friends and family.

beautifull spacious house
this house is very nice with plenty of space in the house and in the garden and the garage.When we ware there it was cold(15 GR C)but there is central heating and it was comfortable warm inside,but in summer the house shall be cool.The kitchen is very well equiped.there is internet,washing machine,everything you have at home.The very nice coast with nice dunes,good restaurants is a half an hour to drive through woody ways.In the village you have a bakery,2 pubs and a small supermarket,where she have even fresh meat.The house gives alot of privacy,it is at the end of the village.The only nagative point is the noice of the starfighters who are flying from the nearby militar air-base.

Située dans un petit village au calme, facile d'accès proche de l'autoroute, cet emplacement est idéal pour visiter Nazare, Coimbra, Obidos, Lisbonne (à1h30), Tomar...
Nombreux commerces à promité (Leiria) et même une petite supérette et un très bon restaurant dans le village d'Amor
Pour les français habitués au café il manque seulement une petite cafetière ;-)
Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

La casa preciosa, ajustada a lo que se ve en las fotografías. Enorme jardín para disfrutar los niños y piscina,aunque en está época estaba inhabilitada.
Estado de limpieza y manutención perfecto, con garaje pararlo menos 2 personas. Bien equipada, en razona tranquila y próxima servicios y lugares de interés turístico como San Pedro de Muel o Leiria

We stayed at this beautiful home in March 2014. We had better weather than expected but the nights were still cool so the heat was appreciated and worked great! The home is spacious and new and clean. The yard is big and there's lots of room to run for the kids. We were even able to walk to the local coffee/bakery shop and passed a small food market on the way. The home is in a rural part but close to Leiria for shopping and lots of options for meals. It's a great home base to visit the beautiful heritage sites of central portugal. Armed with a car and GPS you'll be amazed at what Portugal has to offer. Thank you for a great stay!
