About this villa rental
Bamboo Villa is the ideal place for those who are looking for total relaxation. It 'a modern villa, recently built, ideal for couples and families with children. The location is favorably located just minutes from the sea, a few kilometers from the city.
The entrance gate is automatic and there is direct access to the parking lot.
From the garden surrounding the house are just inside, where you will find a comfortable lounge with TV and fireplace, dining room with seating for six for your dinners with friends and the open plan kitchen with all the amenities. In this same floor there is a bathroom for guests.
From the dining room on the ground floor there is a large window on the patio with gazebo, where you can enjoy romantic evenings, where you can eat out in the evening and admire the stars of the gulf of Mondello.
Leads to the upper floor by a flight of stairs leading to three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
The cellar floor to find two large bedrooms and a large bathroom.

Thanks to Giacomo for a fantastic stay. Communication before the trip was excellent. When we arrived, Giacomo met us at the property and showed us around. He was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. He gave us many recommendations of things to do and places to visit.
The villa is great, clean, and tidy; garden area is lovely and well-maintained.

The house is perfect for a large family. We were 8 and felt at home in this comfortable, great location house. The owner was welcoming and helpful whenever we asked. We highly recommend this property.

Giacomo takes great pride in keeping a beautiful home and offering a great experience. He was always available to assist with any questions about the area and helped set up transport from the train station upon our arrival. The home and yard are in pristine condition. The kitchen was a delight to cook in. You have everything you will ever need to make a good meal. Everyone enjoyed lounging in the back yard, the grass is so soft for children to play in. Doing laundry was even enjoyable thanks to the huge laundry room and efficient washer and dryer! Yes I said dryer! That can be hard to find in many rentals. The bathrooms are very modern and clean. The beach is 2 blocks away. A very easy walk. There is a new grocery store within 10 minutes of walking as well as the town square. Honestly, Giacomo’s house was the nicest one we saw through all of our walking through the area. We were very happy on our choice.

Giacomo was a great host. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Great location close to the beach and served us well while competing in the Windsurfer World Championship at Mondello.

The house is very well maintained and a really beautiful place to relax and start your excursions from.
The garden is a great place to relax, the beach is only a 3-5 minutes walk away, there are restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance - perfect place to stay. We’ve been there with 3 adult children, there are more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms available. The kitchen is super well equipped.
The host is very accommodating and always accessible when needed. We were welcomed with wine, fruits and pasta.

The house was well appointed and immaculate. Short distance to the beach and public bus service into Palermo near by. Our family, 7 people enjoyed the stay very much. Communication with the host was very easy and Giacomo was very caring and responsive. Excellent host. One of the best we encountered during our various travels in Europe.

This villa is Giacomo Bottone's baby, which he nerses to perfection.
Resulting in you as a guest feels very comfortable.
- we vere 10 grown ups and 2 children (1 and 4 years old) in 5 big bedrooms
- we had 3 big cars (station wagons) parked outside Giacomo's garage behind an automatic gate.
- we had no queue to 3 big bathrooms.
- we had a washing machine that was used a number of times.
- we had a fully equipped kitchen and a barbeque grill outside. Lovely breakfasts in the garden and dinners at home in the evenings. By the way Giacomo had a welcome basket full of bread, tea, coffee, water, etc for the first breakfast.
- we had a big TV, receiver and wifi with 40 Mb/s
- we had a very soft lawn loved by the kids
- we had outside playing tools for the kids
- we had beach towels and water playing tools
- we had a short walk to the beach
- we had many lovely restaurants round the beach
- we had good shops to buy food
- we had many cultural places to visit e.g. Agrigento
Giacomo and his family is very nice and takes care of you as a guest.
- we could stay some extra hours due to a late flight and kids
- check out cleaning is included

This villa is unbelievable! There is a huge amount of space and very clean! The owner is very personable and happy to help with anything! The location is 3 blocks from the beach giving easy access to The center of Mondello! Stayed for 2 weeks and felt right at home! Can't wait to go back!

He even told us where to buy snorkeling gear and they had very nice stuff and very affordable, all the restaurants he suggested were top notch. Great taste too! We hope to become good friends over the years to come

Together with our children (4 families) and 4 grandchildren we stayed a week in this - for us -perfect house. The very helpful owner added 3 small beds in the bedrooms, so every family had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, with a lot of extra's.
The secluded garden gives privacy and is a safe place where children can stay and play.
The beach is only 6 minutes away, the bakery and supermarket Arancio (closed on Sunday!) only 10 minutes via the boulevard along the sea.
Traveling to Palermo is easy. Take bus 806, that will bring you downtown (Politeama) in about 15 - 20 minutes.
In short: an ideal house for a stay with a family.

Una villa lussuosa situata a pochi passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Mondello. Eravamo un gruppo di nove persone inclusi 4 bambini. In questa villa non mancava niente da tutti gli utensili di cucina immaginabili alla doccia calda all' aperto che era ideale per quando tornavamo dalla spiaggia tutti insabbiati. Il giardino era privo di pericoli per i bambini.Giacomo il proprietario era una persona gentilissima che si e' messo a completa disposizione facendoci mancare nulla, ci ha persino fornito di teli per il mare , due passeggini , un vassoio di frutta fresca, ed un cesto con pasta , vino, pane, pomodoro, marmellata etc.. Io e il mio gruppo di amici stiamo considerando di tornare il prossimo anno per un; altra vacanza perfetta!

The house were fully equipped and very comfortable. The owner was serviceminded and very helpful. We stayed for two weeks, and had a wonderful time. There are several beaches to visit, or you can travel by bus or car to places/towns in the district. Thanks a lot to Giacomo for good advices and service!
