A pearl in the historic center of Sirmione! The Never say Never penthouse is a real jewel of the lake, a typical Sirmione house with a double terrace and a view of the castle. The accommodation is on two levels, located on the second floor of a building. On the ground floor we find the kitchen with the dining area, the service bathroom with shower and closet, the living room with terrace and breathtaking view of the castle, the fireplace, the library available for guests and cable TV.
Going up a flight of stairs (without access for the disabled) we find a beautiful master bedroom with a panoramic terrace overlooking the Scaligero castle.
The bathroom with hydromassage shower, air conditioning and wi-fi complete the structure, making the Never say Never penthouse perfect for all those who want to spend a fantastic stay on Lake Garda.
The check-in time for this apartment is from 15:00 to 19:00, for arrivals from 19:00 until 23:30 there is a supplement of 50.00 euros
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 150. The deposit will be collected upon check-in and released in cash on the day of departure if there is no material damage

You couldn't beat the location of this apartment. Everything else was nice and accurately reflected in the photos.

Flat had everything we wanted for a family stay. The flat was spotless and comfortable, and just off the main square in the old town, making the location excellent. The parking (arranged through the company and paid for separately) worked well and was close enough. Communication with and from the management company was faultless.

Per quanto riguarda Sirmione, è la nostra meta preferita da anni. L'attico Never Say Never è praticamente perfetto. Non ho nulla da segnalare.

Roberta was amazing, she did more than we expected to help us. She spotted problems we might have and solved them for us. The place was just as described, very spacious, very well equipped and the position was perfect. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay!

Die Lage ansich war top! Total zentral am Eingang der Altstadt Sitmione gelegen. Die beiden Dachterrassen sind wirklich schön, allerdings waren sämtliche Gartenstühle kaputt und die Pflege der Terrassen lässt zu wünschen übrig. Neues Terrassenmobiliar inkl Sonnenliegen wäre toll! Für Familien mit Kindern, die ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl brauchen wäre es von Vorteil wenn beides mitgebucht werden könnte...

The apartment is located at the top floors of building with a restaurant on the ground floor. The kitchen equipment and the air conditioning are perfect. The terraces offer scenic views of the Sirmione castle. The parking (for which you have to pay extra) is conveniently located some 5 minutes from the apartment, which is fine, given that the building is in the pedestrian zone. To make use of the kitchen, you have to drive to a supermarket, because there are no grocery stores in the vicinity. Downtown Sirmione may be a beautiful place, but hordes of tourists make it unbearable in August. Heaps of people roam through the main street just in front of the building at any time. The beaches are also densely packed. Noise and smells from the restaurants spoil the recreation. If you headed to the vacation in order to catch up on sleep after a busy and sleepless year, you will damn the musicians playing Italian and international pop hits at nights, sometimes until midnight. The vicinity of the restaurant downstairs was troubling also because we had to witness a disturbing scene on the stairs of our building with men connected to the restaurant angrily shouting and a woman screaming and howling. Presumably, some violence was taking place. The bed mattresses are wanting, but the worst was the internet connection, which constantly broke off making it impossible to use even the basic online services, not to mention videoconferencing, streaming movies or working with corporate cloud services.

Friendly service. Balcony door is out order. You know that because there are many comments about this problem on booking but you don't do nothing with it. Mattress in the sleepingroom is old and used. It is a hight time to buy a new one.

The apartment was in a great location, though it would be hard to find by yourself I expect. We met Lara there and I think that without her we would have found it hard to find the entrance. The apartment was well appointed and Lara was a lovely friendly person and I think a great host for the firm. I would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Sirmione Old Town and if I came back to Sirmione I would definitely stay there again. Great apartment with great service that makes for an enjoyable holiday. The only small thing was that there was only three knives in the apartment though there were a lot more spoons, forks and tea spoons. The staircase had just been re-oiled and was slippery, so I wiped them down with paper towel. The pillows in the fold out divan could do with a clean as they had been wet at some time by the look. All very small points that do not detract at all from the apartment.
