Pleasant

Location near the Beach. 15minutes out of center of Novalja. Clean, with linen and towels. Comfortable beds.

Really low level of apartment, which is absolutely out of presentation on websites. No additional equipment. TV not possible to use. More other things did not work or broken (Lights, shades, shower, doors). .

Good

The barcecue oven on the balcony is a very nice addition.

The location is quite noisy due to the street traffic and very closely located other apartments. There was noise non-stop. Internet was not working right away.

enjoyed my stay but staff need to sort out the extra prices for silly things

liked how clean and modern the property was

the staff on check out tried to charge us 50 euro as the room as a “mess”. The room was not a mess at all the floor just needed a mop (which they don’t supply you with any cleaning supplies but expect you to have fully cleaned the whole apartment yourself). i don’t understand why they pay maids yet try to charge you if it isn’t spotless. we took the rubbish out every day also so they had no reason to try and charge us. also requested clean towels as we had 1 set of white towels each for a weeks stay and they told me it was a 25 euro charge for a clean towel. never stayed in a hotel in my entire life where they try to charge you for something like that. was enough to put me off returning

Overall very good location with perfectly situated apartment

Overall the stay and the apartment was nice and we did enjoy the stay, 2 beaches close by, 3th was 5 min with car

Its a house with several apartments, we have been in 1 on second floor Sofa was broken, lights were flickering in the kitchen and other lights were dimmer, overall the lightning should be much stronger sink in kitchen was loose and some kitchen equipment was missing, but the stuff did bring a knife fast
