Genial la amplitud de la casa y la localización , hemos estado muy bien y cómodos . Cierto que podría tener mejor mantenimiento en general: de pintura , persianas , grifo. Anfitrión muy amable y pendiente de todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar .

For my birthday, I wanted to travel with our best friends. . .but the mobility restrictions, due to the pandemic, did not permit travel outside of the municipality. So, we rented THIS AMAZING HOUSE within our same municipality and enjoyed a "vacation" a few minutes from home! The neighborhood is quiet, the house is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need: tableware, cookware, coffeemaker, BBQ, linens, A/C and heat. There is a Mercadona grocery store 2 minutes by car. There is wifi. Amenities included a wonderful, private, HEATED pool (it was February), a professional billards table, and a foosball table in the gameroom, downstairs. There are 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms. Outdoors there are two large sunny terraces to enjoy ocean views and, of course, the private back yard with the pool. There is also space in the homes' garage to park your car! We were a group of 7: 4 adults and 3 kids plus two Chihuahuas and everyone had a fabulous time! The owner was very responsive and helpful if needed. I highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great birthday weekend!! Para mi cumpleaños, quería viajar con nuestros mejores amigos. . .pero las restricciones de movilidad, debido a la pandemia, no permitieron viajar fuera del municipio. Entonces, alquilamos ESTA INCREÍBLE CASA dentro de nuestro mismo municipio y disfrutamos de unas "vacaciones" a pocos minutos de mi casa! El urbanizacion es tranquilo, la casa es grande, limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario: utensilios de cocina, cafetera, barbacoa, ropa de cama, y calefacción. Hay una Mercadona a 2 minutos en coche. Hay wifi. Las comodidades incluían una maravillosa piscina privada *CLIMATIZADA* (era febrero), una mesa de billar profesional y una mesa de futbolín en la sala de juegos, en el sotanto. Hay 5 amplios dormitorios y 3 baños completos. Al aire libre hay dos grandes terrazas soleadas para disfrutar de la vista al mar y, por supuesto, el patio trasero privado con piscina. ¡También hay espacio en el garaje de casa para aparcar su coche! Éramos un grupo de 7: 4 adultos y 3 niños y dos chihuahuas. ¡Todos lo pasamos de maravilla! El propietario fue muy atento y servicial si era necesario. Recomiendo mucho esta propiedad. ¡Gracias por un gran fin de semana de cumpleaños!

El alojamiento está muy bien, tienen de todo, por ponerle un pero diría que tiene algunas deficiencias en el mantenimiento como algún esconchado en paredes o plinto despegado y algún elemento del baño oxidado. Son cosas que al menos para nosotros no es condicionante para estar bien, de echo hemos estado más que bien. La piscina climatizada perfecta y el dueño Jose Luis se ha portado de diez, nos ha facilitado mucho todo, nos ha recomendado zonas para ver, pasear y almorzar. Todo con un grandísimo acierto, desde aquí le doy las gracias por ser tan buen anfitrión. Repetiremos sin duda.

Estuvimos con amigos. Una semana. La casa es bien mueblada, limpia y espaciosa. Dos terrazas y berbecoa permeten organizzar las fiestas. Y en el Jardin la piscina con agua calda es genial. Gracias Jose Luis. Hasta pronto!

La casa ofrece espacios para que una familia numerosa se pueda encontrar cómoda. Tiene un problema de mantenimiento y limpieza, además de malos olores por algún problema de cañerías. Este problema se lo comenté al propietario y, a pesar de que le agradezco que fuera a darnos explicaciones y pedirnos disculpas por los problemas que pudiéramos tener, la realidad es que existen. Como digo en el titulo, una estupenda casa que merece la pena, si no fuera por los problemas contados.

Jose was extremely helpful and very attentive. We asked if he could help with a 2nd cot and he provided it no problem or extra charge. The pool is great and when we asked for the temperature to be raised this was done also. leaving day he was also able to let us stay later than the 10.00 leaving time which was much appreciated. Das Ferienhaus zum Strand war weiter entfernt als in FeWo direkt angegeben. Das Haus war angeblich für 9 bis 12 Personen ausgestattet, was jedoch nicht stimmte. Es fehlte vor allem an Bettwäsche, Kochgeschirr und Küchenutensilien (Schüsseln, eine normale elektrische Kaffeemaschine usw. ) Trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung an den Vermieter haben wir keine elektrische Kaffeemaschine, sondern nur Auffangbehälter oder einen manuelles Kaffeeaufbrühset erhalten. Viele Sachen waren defekt, wie z. B. Sonnenschirm, Schubläden in den Schränken, die gar nicht oder nur teilweise vorhanden waren und fehlende Regale in den Schränken. Bettgestelle und die Steckdosen entsprachen nicht dem normalen Sicherheitsstandard. Das ist besonderen wichtig, wenn man kleinere Kinder hat. Des Weiteren waren die Toilettendeckel und die Halterungen für Toilettenpapier und Handtücher lose. In jedem zweiten Zimmer fehlte oder gab es defekte Glühbirnen. Die Poolbeleuchtung war defekt, obwohl wir es dem Vermieter sofort mitgeilte hatten. Es mangelte an Putzutensilien. Mit dem Mopp konnte man den Dreck nur verteilen, aber nicht aufnehmen. Unter allen Betten ist längere Zeit nicht gekehrt, gesaugt oder geputzt worden. Überall unter den Betten waren "Wollmäuse" vorhanden. Im Kinderzimmer fanden die Kinder sogar auf dem Fussboden in der Ungeziefer. Trotz der vielen Mängel im und am Haus, hatten wir durch den Schwimmingpool und die vielen Tipps von unserem Vermieter, den Umständen entsprechend, einen schönen Urlaub erlebt.

La planta baja donde está la sala de juegos y una habitación suele mucho a alcantarilla, el olor sube al resto de la casa, las toallas también olían mal, la televisión no se veia parte de la pantalla, el grifo de la cocina cogido con una cuerda, no había tostador, lo que nos gustó fue la piscina climatizada peto por el tiempo sólo la disfrutamos un día.

Very spacious house, was more than enough place for our family of 6. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is ok, a bit old fridge and dishwasher was about tricky ( but we get used to it), but three (!) Outside places were you can serve a meal was great ( so you always can choose if you want sun or shadow) and outside wooden grill was a plus's. We enjoyed our stay, and especially the heated swimming pool - it was so warm that we were able to use it after the sunset, which was really relaxing - the air getting a bit cool and it was so delicious. We did not used TV as only Spanish programs available, but WiFi was good so kids used to see cartoons. An extra bonus for billiard and darts down stairs-we used it once and it was nice. The house location is great if you have a car- we did lakes and natural parks which were all in 1hour drive, and Malaga itself of course.

There was 6 adults and a baby, Jose really helped us out going the extra mile to make sure the baby we travelled with had everything she needed for her stay. The villa was lovely and fitted our needs perfectly. Its situated in an ideal place with a supermarket right round the corner, the beach only a 5 minute drive away (if that!) with lots of great quality restaurants right by! You have Malaga centre only 30min drive away with so many wonderful things to do! filled with history and culture. If you drive the other way 30min you get to Cueva de Nerja which is just amazing! But the villa needed a lot of attention, the garage clearly has a damp problem that needs serious attention! Most rooms have problems, broken TV stand, holes in walls, taped up fridge, broken blinds, tiles missing etc. If these little imperfections were fixed and the damp treated the place would be perfect! Overall we loved our stay and the villa did everything we needed it to do.

We had a great holiday, José was a great host. You need a car which he did advise so that enabled us to explore more of the area! Terraces were a winner!!

Bien agencée, disposant d'un garage et de plusieurs terrasses, la maison est bien située malgré la proximité de l'autoroute (un peu de bruit). La piscine est un atout majeur. La seule remarque : plusieurs matériels et équipements sont abimés ou ne fonctionnent pas. Il ne faudrait pas que ce phénomène s’accentue pour porter préjudice à cette location qui reste d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. Enfin, un remerciement au propriétaire pour son attention particulière depuis le début de la réservation malgré la barrière de la langue qu'il parvient à contourner.

This really is a superb villa! It was really clean and has everything you could possibly need. It’s really spacious and there’s lots of outside space too, including the lovely pool. We would definitely recommend this villa for anyone who is wanting a nice relaxing break. The owner Jose was fantastic too. He knew we would arrive late on Saturday and that the local supermarket was closed the next day, so he went to the supermarket for us and provided food/drinks to keep us going until Monday, when the supermarket would be open again. Very kind and attentive! Thank you for everything Jose!
