About this villa rental
Detached villa with private swimming pool and parking space for the car with electric entrance gate. Southern orientation
3 rooms (2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds). Each room has its own private bathroom. In the living room the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 people.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning.
Sun terrace on the roof.
American fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, induction stove.
Sonos sound system.
Plot is completely fenced which gives extra safety for children.
The pool can be heated if desired (mainly low season)
Since January 2022 there are works in front of the villa. These can make some noise during the week (no works on the weekend).
The photos on the website are 100% accurate.
We only accept families, not groups of young people.
Maximum 6 adults.
Events and groups not allowed.

The villa was lovely, there was a couple of issues but I contacted the owner and she sorted one out quickly and said the person that oversees the villa would get in touch to get the other sorted this never happened. The owner was very helpful the guy that checked us in was there for 2 minutes I think it would have been helpful if he had showed us how things worked. The cleaning wasn’t great and no complete mop so couldn’t mop ourselves. But all in all a Lovely villa we would stay again

We stayed July 24 for two weeks, the villa was not a true representation of the online description and pictures. The villa was filthy, the pool was cloudy and greasy, the whole place needs a full refurb and deep clean! Soraya was unhelpful, luckily the owner Sarah was great, she refunded the cleaning fee as mysister and I had to scrub everywhere, something we should not have had to do on our holiday. Would NOT recommend unless full refurb!

As you can imagine we were very disappointed, however we didnt let it ruin our holiday but having to clean the whole villa was not what we expected to do on our holiday which is a shame because the villa could be lovely.

From the moment we pulled up outside, were greeted by Bruno and shown into the villa.
The villa was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, lovely pool and outdoor furniture.
You lost the sun around 4pm at the front of the property, this was ideal to relax reading my book.
The roof top had full sun and was private.

Pictures do not do this villa justice fab area very english very good location we drove to Alicante and Benidorm with ease great shops and restaurants close by had a problem with the boiler the owner and letting company dealt with it instantly could not fault this villa they had everything you need perfectly clean modern and didn't need or want anything else

Great Villa/home with lots of kitchen utensils that are very homely and useful. Struggled with the tv in bedroom. Unable to use it at all- would have been the icing on the cake. We wanted a quiet, isolated, fullly equipped villa to use as a base to work from but entry the sun. Loved it and would def go back, if the tv was sorted! Not a resort type requirement, but this is in a residential/owner area so quite important I feel. Def need a car but everything within a 10 min drive.

Very modern and stunning villa. Pool is great, lots of sunbathing areas around the villa. Communication with property manager could have been better although owner was quick to assist when I needed this and it didn’t detract from a lovely holiday.

This was a fantastic, modern, extremely well equipped property, which is well located to nearby beaches, shopping centres, bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would return without hesitation.

As suggested by the owner we did hire a car wich was great cos the property is only a 10-15 minute drive from so many great resteraunts, shops and even the local market. The property itself was lovely and we didn’t have a single problem while there. The check out process did confuse us a little as we thought we would’ve meet someone not just leaving the keys in the box but this wasn’t a problem just maybe could have been communicated as I did have to message them to ask what was happening

This was a lovely holiday the villa was fantastic clean and well maintained,the sun beds was on a chain with a lock on them so we could only use four that was out apart from that great but you need a car abit out of the way.

Had a great stay here, the villa was great for our group of 4 adults and 3 children and we all felt very comfortable and had enough space. The pool was a good size an accommodated all 7 of us in there at the same time. Plenty of chairs / loungers outside and on the roof terrace. Kitchen well equipped with everything you would need. We had a brilliant time. Communication with Sarah was always very quick and helpful - she was great to deal with. The Villa is lovely with all the amenities that you need. The sun is at the pool all day until about 5pm but having the roof terrace meant that you had the sun all day. The plaza at Villamartin is approx 30min walk or a short taxi ride. A car is preferable to allow access to surrounding areas. We would definitely go back and stay in this villa.

The villa spacious, lovely and modern with very good facilities, we all had our own bathroom. The pool was an added bonus.
We were disappointed there was no one to meet us and we had to collect the keys from a box away from the villa.
It did not stop us enjoying our stay.
Also it would be good to update the linen, the tea towels had lots of stains on them even after washing and some of the bath towels were old - bed linen was clean but could do with a freshen up.

Nice villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Couldn’t use the pool much due to various problems but the pool engineer was trying his best to fix the problems. There was a building site across the road which I was unaware of when I booked that was very noisy at times.

We were greeted as promised, all ran very smoothly. The property Is a described and was very clean. Very well equipped with everything you would need from toasters to coffee machines, unfortunately the iron wasn’t working but no big deal so we did let the owner know for future reference.All in all a great holiday.

Sauberes und gepflegtes Haus
Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt und es ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Leider befinden sich im Moment direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite zwei große, aktive Baustellen mit vielen lauten Baumaschinen und Kränen im ständigen Einsatz, was dem Vermieter gar nicht anzulasten ist, aber für uns, der wir nun unsere einzige Urlaubswoche quasi auf einer Baustelle verbacht haben, den Urlaub ziemlich vermiest hat. Schade.

Fantastisch verblijf
De villa is ruim, iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen douche en toiletruimte wat ideaal is. Het zwembad was heerlijk. Helaas waren er tijdens ons verblijf bouwwerkzaamheden in de directe omgeving gaande, maar dit was vooraf ook netjes bekendgemaakt en wisten we er dus van. Het heeft ons overigens weinig gehinderd. We komen al heel wat jaren naar Orihuela Costa en indien weer beschikbaar zou ik graag terugkomen naar deze villa. Ik kan het dus ook aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Great location
The property was lovely as expected. Having the heated pool was great for the kids, they were in the pool from morning til night. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were plenty of towels and bedlinen provided. Having a washing machine made a holiday with kids easy and meant we could pack light. Al in all we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Modernes Haus mit tollem Pool
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus. Es ist genau wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung angeben. Kritikpunkte: Nicht so Kinderfreundlich! Es gibt kein Kinder-/Reisebett und Hochstuhl im Haus (das stand bei uns in der Beschreibung). Das Kinderspielzeug im Haus war kaum (2 kleine Autos) vorhanden, für draußen auch wenig und eher dreckig. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt, der Pool ist ein Traum! Das Haus und vorallem die Küche ist gut ausgestattet!
Supermärkte, Strand, Shoppingcenter ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar, ohne Auto geht es nicht. Leider wir aktuell neben dem Haus ein Häuserkomplex gebaut, der Lärm war zeitweise etwas störend.
Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und mit Sarah war super, schnelle und freundliche Antworten. Wenn man nach 19 Uhr anreist, muss man den Schlüssel ca. 1km entfernt aus einem Schlüsselkasten holen. Das hat gut geklappt.
Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder! 🙂

Lovely Property, fantastic host
The villa was truly lovely. The photos don't do it justice! It was bright, clean and very well eqiuipped (especially when we found the proper wine glasses above the fridge!). The super kingsize bed was exceptionally comfortable and loads of storage space in the bedrooms. We chose not to hire a car and walked to Villamartin Plaza generally getting an e-scooter back to the villa. We used a taxi to go further afield to San Miguel, La Fuente and Playa Flamenca. If you want to explore the area I would suggest hiring a car (as the villa owner does too). There are lots of events in the local area for adults (such as live acts, quizzes, karaoke, tribute acts, and themed nights). We didn't have young children with us so can't comment from that aspect. The villa owner was really responsive and very patient with my questions. Handover was smooth and easy. Definitely recommend!

Excellent villa in a quiet location
Well equipped modern villa exactly as shown in pictures, lovely and clean inside. Bit of building work going on which caused a lot of dust outside but there was a hose etc so easy cleaned up. You definitely need a car as amenities are a 20-30 min walk and golf courses are further away. All restaurants were good had excellent meals in The Plaza. Booking is still preferred so keep in mind if there is a particular restaurant you want to try. Only negative was no pool key to operate the pool cover so contacted sunny homes who came and opened the pool cover but did not leave the key so no way of closing over at night! The villa has amazing electric shutters which should be used when u are off out for the day as there was an owners shed round the back of the building which was broken into whilst we were there.

Perfect family holiday home
The villa was just as described, given every facility that was needed. It is about 7 min away from town centre so ideally best if you have a car. We had rental car which made it easy to access places. Great communication from owner, very well looked after. Many thanks

La casa Preciosa pero las de la agencia muy mala educadas
Hemos estado unos días y la casa está genial aunque sí que tendrían que limpiar las a fondo ya que al mover las camas había de todo debajo y tuvimos que limpiar , l casa tiene de todo y está cerca de las playas !!
Pero el personal de la agencia muy mala educados … le escribí una semana antes cuando podíamos entrar y nos dijo a cualquier hora y un día antes igual nos dijeron que la casa estaba libre …. Cuando nos queda una hora de llegar nos dicen que hasta las 16:00 nada y no supieron reconocer su error es más nos dijeron que nosotros no especificamos bien tendrían que estar más atentos ya que viajábamos con comida y con niños pequeños y organizamos el viaje para llegar a esa hora … y su respuesta fue que nos “ fuéramos a la playa” y luego gritando y faltando el respeto … por lo demás todo bien la casa muy bonita pero si que la limpieza debería ser más a fondo y las almohadas había que cambiarlas ya que son muy viejas !!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour villa très bien équipée la piscine parfaite l'accueil parfait le ménage à l'arrivée était vraiment bien fait (merci à lilie !😍).
Ce que j'apprécie énormément c'est la réactivité et la disponibilité de l'hôte quand on a besoin d'un renseignement.
Je conseille cette villa c'est vraiment de bonnes vacances passées.

Alojamiento Villamartín
En líneas generales nos ha gustado bastante. La casa está genial y bien equipada de electrodomésticos, menaje de cocina, toallas... , el mantenimiento de la piscina genial, muy atento y profesional. Las cosas que hay que mejorar, desde nuestro punto de vista son: el drenaje del agua de la ducha y de la piscina( la que salpica y salta cuando te bañas)se encharca y cae a la zona de la mesa del lateral de la casa . Las almohadas son muy pequeñas y desiguales . También hace falta una sombrilla para la zona de la mesa exterior, da una solanera que hace que no puedes disfrutar de comer , tomar el aperitivo ...ahí.
Pero todo lo demás genial. La zona es tranquila y con muchos servicios alrededor.

La maison est en parfait état, très bien entretenue. Cuisine super équipée!
La villa est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, parking devant la porte, magasins à 2 min et à proximité (3km) des plages, centres commerciaux et restaurants.
Nous avons déjà réservé beaucoup de maisons de vacances mais celle-ci est définitivement la meilleure et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir!

Vacaciones
Como le he dicho al dueño, las personas que tiene a cargo de la casa tendrían que preocuparse más de ella, pues cuando llegamos había unas cuantas cosas rotas como las hamacas (2), el coi o balancín de la terraza uno roto también, la pata de una lámpara de la mesita despegada, una llave de seguridad rota en el interior de la cerradura, la ducha de la piscina no funciona, bueno funciona pero no puedes abrirla porque sale el agua por un desagüe de la piscina pues tiene roto el flotador que lo cierra, también tienen que lavar los cubre colchones que los hubo que quitar porque estabas sucios con unas lamparas que daban asco; también creo que cuando se marchan los ocupantes tendría que estar alguien allí para ver como queda la casa, si hay algo roto, etc. pues te exigen una fianza y luego no van a mirar como ha quedado la casa y lógicamente abría que mirarla los inquilinos salientes y los responsables de la casa, por lo demás todo perfecto porque estos comentarios son pequeñas cosas que se pueden solucionar en un momento, la casa está equipada con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo, si vuelvo para esa zona volvería a la casa. Villa muy bien equipada como detallan en el anuncio en una zona muy tranquila, a 5 minutos en coche de playas y comercios. Amplias y cómodas camas, completa cocina en la que se han cuidado los electrodomésticos y menaje; luminoso salón; enorme toldo eléctrico para disfrutar de la zona de piscina. No pudimos ver la TV (TV por internet): parece que no estaba configurada. La inmobiliaria cuando nos respondió dijo que se pasarían a verlo, algo que no llegó a ocurrir por lo que no disfrutamos de este servicio con el que contábamos. La piscina necesitaba mantenimiento ya que el agua estaba muy turbia: la empresa encargada, según el mail que nos enviaron, había dejado de dar servicio. La inmobiliaria nos dijo desconocer quién se encarga. Llamamos al número de una tarjeta que encontramos en la casa y resultó que sí se encargaban ellos: llegaron en 15 minutos y al día siguiente estaba impecable el agua (nos faltó tener información clara sobre sobre la persona de contacto correcta: el propietario o la empresa inmobiliaria).
