World class hospitality

Extremely kind and service-minded hotel manager. Not only did he do everything he could to fix my car, as I was having trouble with my dashboard warning system (everything worked out fine in the end). He also invited my for pear schnapps in the evening. Nice, spacious and clean rooms. Nice terrace just outside the room. Good Greek restaurant connected to the hotel!

Modern and super comfortable

Very comfortable bed and spacious, modern room with a great shower. Super friendly. Easy parking. Quiet surroundings and beautiful terrace and garden.

Have to reserve breakfast time. Make sure you're told where breakfast is served. Annoying ventilator LED blinking at night.

Clean room, large space but certainly not luxury

Room was very clean but there was only one towel each. This was remedied the following day. A very large room with plenty of space and a good size television. A bottle of water was left free of charge.

The room was basically furnished with only one chair. There was a very small wardrobe which would only be useful for a very short stay.

Not really great value for your money

The rooms are large and spacious, and the hotel is right off the highway, so it's easy to get to. There is free parking outside which is convenient when travelling.

There wasn't anyone at reception when we arrived, and no one in the morning to check us out which was unfortunate. We wanted to know if there was breakfast as we were travelling a long way but couldn't find anything. There was no mini fridge in the room which was a shame as we had some sandwiches with us which went bad. And it was unclear how to manage the temperature in the room so we slept with the window open but that meant listening to cars on the highway and probably breathing in pollution. The top shower also didn't work which overall gave us not a great impression of the hotel. Especially for the money you pay, I wasn't impressed.

Great place to stay with restaurant next door. Good base for accessing Heidelberg.

Warm welcome upon arrival and quick check in. Given hints and tips for travelling in to Heidelberg with recommendations for restaurants. Room was very quiet and just the right temperature. Comfy beds and good clean bathroom.

Perfect price/quality, nice room with terras and small (in closet covered) kitchenette. Ideal place for visiting Heidelberg or stay over on the way to the South.

Nice and friendly Greek restaurant next door.

Exceptional

Everything was great. The room was very large and clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Great breakfast. We had dinner at a restaurant owned by the owner and located next to the hotel - an excellent restaurant. 5 stars for guest house and restaurant. Highly recommend.

Amazing Guesthouse

Our room was very quiet and clean. The guesthouse is located in a very nice green area with a lake. There is free parking, also coffee maker in the reception with free coffee. The owner was extremely helpful and polite, helped us with everything. There was a wonderful restaurant nearby where we went for dinner and it was really delicious. Also this is a great point to travel to Heidelberg, very beautiful place. We would love to return!

Easy to have a great night’s sleep.

Room was clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. Service was friendly and helpful. Water bottle in the room was nice. The hotel was very accessible.

No wi-fi. When I booked it, the distance to hockenheimring was claimed on booking.com to be 5.8km. In reality it was 21km.

Exceptional

The room and entire stay has been amazing. All is sparkling clean and very comfortable specially when you are on the go and you need to rest properly. The stuff was kind and very helpful (we brought few medicines with need of refrigeration and the property did its best to make it happen). Thanks a lot!

quick stop to visit freinds

Friendly staff. Quiet and spacious rooms, tough a small sitting option could be added.

The bed linen was a bit rough, and the pillows are a bit hard, though bed was comfortable.

Almost a highly rated hotel!

Excellent guesthouse, almost a highly rated hotel, very clean and spacious, nice location at the lake. I put check-in time as a negative because if you arrive late you must wake-up the owner to open the door and check you in. We arrived very late almost one in the morning but the owner was very kind and patient to check us in at 1:00 a.m. Overall, it's an excellent stay close to the highway, so you can rest well and continue your journey.

Check-in time until 20:00.

Ideal for a trip to Heidelberg

Nice, clean place to stay. Good big breakfast. For dinner, there is an attached good Greek restaurant. We'd love to come back. Ideal for a short trip to Heidelberg

In breakfast the cutlery wasn't so clean. And the breakfast could have been more rich.
