Very nice place to stay. Owners are lovely people.

Location of the villa was very central. Villa itself is setup very nicely.

No air con . It was nearly 30° everyday and not having air con made it difficult during day and night. There were fans in each room but no fan in living room. Apart from that we cant fault the place .

Exceptional

Location is great and apartment is great size for family with 2 children as there are two separate bedrooms. Hosts were fantastic helping out when we needed them and quick at responding through the booking.com messaging system. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

No aircon in the apartment which is a little bit challenging in the hot evenings but can be managed by keeping windows open. Not sure how well that would work during July and August.

My favorite place in all of Italy

The experience was absolutely wonderful. The pool is great, the apartments were great (I rented for two families), the view from the front lawn was amazing (castle, city, mountains and lake views), and vegitation was amazing. The lady that met us was great too. It's so close to everything and it's right above a great bakery for breakfast!

There are only two things I disliked. The driveway up to the gate to the house is extremely narrow and information on it's width should be included somewhere. I have a American "mini-van" and had to pull the mirrors in to fit through the gate. Second, I wouldn't classify the pool as private as the Malcesine cable car goes directly above the pool and people stare down at you. It's no big deal really, as long as you're not sunbathing nude...unless that's your thing.

Lovely apartments in great location at extremely reasonable price, would highly recommend

Lovely apartments in a brilliant location, near enough to restaurants etc but in a quite location. Lovely hosts who had left a welcome bottle of wine, nicely decorated apartments, extremely comfortable beds. Lovely pool area and area out side the front of our apartment where we could sit with the family and enjoy a glass of wine

The only thing that I would suggest is that they provided fans in the bedrooms as it did get very hot at night.

Amazing 10Day stay!!!!

The apartment was modern and beautifully furnished; very clean and spacious. -The kitchen and the bathroom had everything that is needed and had a kind of "startkit" that included handsoap, toilet roll, salt , sugar etc, all there ; which was great as we arrived already tired from the long drive and could only shop the next day . -The beds were for us very comfortable and good pillows.👌 - spotless clean bathroom, good showerheads!😊😊😊 -Well manicured gardens with sitting area overlooking the lake, the mountains and the Castle! The view ...... PRICELESS! -The pool ; very clean and quiet relaxing pool area ! -The apartment is in very close proximity to the centre (a 5min walk) where you can find a wide range of restaurants, with very fair prices. The old town and port were just so beautiful to also just stroll around. - For our breakfast, we had to just go a few steps downstairs to the bakery where you could get fresh bread, croissants and other delicacies . We got water and juices from there for convenience sake though there is also a supermarket with all amenities just a 5min walk away. - The apartment is also next to the local cable car going up to Monte Baldo. Despite the nearness, there is no noise that would in anyway interfere with your stay here. -Plenty of activities from hiking, biking, kite and windsurfing, paragliding as well as boat rides to the absolutely beautiful Limone town. But ofcourse you may prefer to just swimming in the lake and chilling! The overall communication with the owner as well as checking in and out was smooth and straight forward..

There was really nothing not to like! Was all round exceptional! We even got a bottle of wine as a welcome 😊 Grazie mille to the warm and hospitable owners Senora Gemma who lives above the apartments and her daughter Michela! Thank You!
