Exceptional

Amazing spot right in the middle of the city centre, 2 minutes away form the bus station. Very spacious and modern apartament. Good place to visit in summer. Would love to come back again.

Quite noisy black neighbourhood especiallly in midnight hours. The balcony window as well as the floor might have been more taken care of. Apart from that evertyhing was perfect.

Good location and clean and peaceful apartment.

There is no proper shower gel and no food items like other bnbs.i would suggest please add some milk,coffee and some snacks l.

I do not recommend staying here, you can find much better valeu for your money elsewhere, for real!

the location is ok

The property was full of dust when I did the check in and I had to clean it myself. the Wi-Fi didn’t work for the first 10 days of my stay and the bed is not comfortable

Only after an hour and a half did they remember to send me a message that they apologize and that it is not possible to give me the room. Unfortunately, they charged me and did not give me credit. So I didn't know what was going on inside but I experienced a feeling of being cheated and stolen from me. On the one hand, they took the payment from me and did not give me service, and even though they specifically told me that they would not charge me, they still charged me. When I spoke to the owner of the apartment, he blocked me on WhatsApp. A real shame. Don't go to such a place

Take a break here!

Our point of connect Daniel further connected to Salam, who came in about 15 min after my call and made sure the motorcycle was taken to safe parking after taking off the essentials we needed for the night. The room was spacious enough and had a kitchen too...all facilities including Wifi was great!! A great and definitely a cheaper option and is a midway stop before Barcelona

Good

I do bikepacking and the room allowed me to prepare my bike and luggage which would have been much more difficult in a small hotel room. I was given the flat on the 1st floor and everybody was quite friendly. Yes the appartment floor could use a wipe, but overall, my stay was very convenient. They even agreed to keep some of my luggage until my return in a few weeks free of charge and handed me over the exterior door key so I wouldn't have to wait in the street.

nice but needs hot water

The bed was comfortable, the location was good and having a washing machine was great

There wasn’t hot water to take a shower, people were slamming doors late at night and light streamed into the room

The apartment is very close to University. They provide the necessary facilities and equipment.

The room was not very clean, especially the kitchen.

Superb

The apartment was very close to University and the city center. Besides, it included the necessary equipment (microwave, kitchen tools, oven, etc.) for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and not very noisy.

I had the misfortune of having to wait for 2 hours until the cleaning service came to clean the room. I would have appreciated if the owners had contacted me beforehand notifying about a possible delay.

eventually after moving to a new location if was fine

I was first in an apartment heated by a electric radiator , really cold, had to ask to be move else where on the following day. that apartment should not be rented to anyone during winter ..

Very good

The location could not be better. It is literally 30 seconds away from the bus station. It is also the most central part of Lleida. I think the big cathedral is right next door. If you are taking buses to places like Andorra (I did), this apartment can be a good spot to overnight. There are numerous places to eat in 1-5 minutes walk. The area is also pretty safe. The host was nice. He met me and handed over the keys at 21:30. Lleida is a cool city. It has major historical sites, art nouveau architecture, and a lot of very reasonably priced restaurants. It’s a shame most of us just pass through. Next time, I will plan a full day there at least.

The apartment is not very large, but for solo travelers or 2 people, that’s enough. I traveled on one of the hottest days in Lleida (mid-July), and the room was a bit warm. Perhaps not a problem usually.

No air con. First night a party next door, or outside, including very loud sex until 3.30 am!!!

Value for money is very good

The apartment has everything - also kitchen and washing machine. So, value for money is very good. The place is not fancy, but it's simple and good. Very responsive and kind host.

No tea kettle and the WiFi network is not stable. The TV has no cast

The location was good. Daniel was also super great with us.

The flat was not the one we rented. Also, the flat was really disapointing and didn't fit the pictures.
