About this apartment rental

The bright and quiet apartment has been recently renovated and is on the first floor (no elevator) of a ‘800 historical building located in the beautiful Ortiga’s square overlooking the marina and the Grand Harbour. An ideal position to visit the beauties of Syracuse.
There is a spacious living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with double king size bed and one with twin beds with trundle beds), 3 bathrooms with windows and all facilities (with shower).
The furniture, a balanced mix of antique and modern in line with the apartment’s history, has 3 comfortable sofas and several closets.
A fresco of late '800 was discovered during the renovations and it adorns the ceiling of one of the bedrooms.
High ceilings and French windows in all the rooms make the house very bright.
The new frames with double glazing ensure excellent acoustic and thermal insolation.
The apartment is equipped in every room with A/C and Wi-Fi; a hi-fi system connected to an 'Apple Airport Express allows you to hear music from your iPhone / iPod.
A storage room at the entrance and a laundry room complete the apartment of 200 sq.
A covered parking is available in the building with the following sizes: W 2m H 1.95 m. D 5m. For bigger car, there is a convenient public parking in the square right outside the building.
The apartment is perfect for 6 people. If necessary there is 2 pull-out beds for children. The decision not to equip the house with sofa-beds was made in order to maintain a high standard of accommodation with the maximum comfort.
Available for the guests: free Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, juice maker, toaster, washing machine and iron.
For the little ones, on request, we provide a camp cot and a high chair.
