Very nice, restaurant below in the evening was excellent

Really like this hotel because of its location ,restaurant is the best we have tried in Grau d’agde

The location is our favourite thing.We have stayed twice before and really enjoyed the restaurant but not quite so much this time.Bedrooms are clean and fairly basic but have everything you need.We choose a sea view room and pay extra and have not used rooms without view

The restaurant is a priority I feel at this hotel and no reception as such to go to with issues,especially if it’s late evening and the restaurant is busy.We couldn’t get the air conditioning working and didn’t want to go into restaurant searching for help.Made the mistake of ordering lamb should have had fish in this location as I was a bit disappointed.Had a great starter though.

Excellent location

Excellent location overlooking the sea and right on the beach, friendly team in the bar downstairs. Good free parking in the car park next to the hotel, would recommend.

Nice Place on the Beach

The location on the beach is phantastic Good bathroom. Well sized room. Tiled throughout.

Insufficient sound insulation - you hear a lot more than you may care for! From the hotel and also from the club outside. Pillows not really good.

It was what we expected; there were no surprises. Since it was October the crowds were minimal and we had no trouble fin

The location right on the beach. Open wide the window and take in the breeze! The restaurant has the best cafe aulait we have found in France in over 2 1/2 weeks!

As other reviews have mentioned the walls don’t have much insulation so we came prepared with ear plugs. We wanted to be close to the beach and only booked 1 day in advance so there wasn’t much choice. You can hear doors open and closing all the way down the hall. And our shower door kept sliding off the track.

Really nice beachfront hotel. We would stay again.

Right on the seafront and attached to a really nice restaurant. Staff very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and had good air conditioning, which was essential as we arrived during the heatwave. The breakfast wasn’t included but was good value.Though it wasn’t the cheapest hotel we’ve ever stayed in it was high season and in line with other places locally.

Very little to complain about. No signal on the TV but that wasn’t the end of the world. it was a bit noisy at night with music playing until late, but the sound insulation was quite good in the room and we knew what we were getting when we booked during the holiday season.

The worst "hotel" in my life

"Hotel" in front of the sea

We booked the hotel last minute and when we arrived we had to wait over 10 minutes the boss to come and give us the keys. For a good luck we booked the hotel only for two nights. The room is small and the acoustic is really bad. On the first night someone from the neighbour room was vomiting the whole night and we couldn't sleep. The second night was the highlight.. We saw during the evening that there is an event on the restaurant of the "hotel". We came back around 10 pm in order to sleep but at that time was when the party started.. The dj turned on the volume of the music even louder after 12 am which is something not allowed at all. In addition guests from the party where sitting on the reception area -corridor where "smoking is not allowed" and smoking, laughing, singing and screaming. The smoke coming inside the room was so terrible that I had to open the window two times during the night. The party ended at 3:30am. During our check out the next day the boss was not there and I complained about the party requesting a refund to the employee. I'm still waiting this refund..... Unacceptable to organise such a party and having guests paying to sleep.. After these two sleepless nights we had to drive over 700km.. thanks Voilis Hotel..
