There should be some shuttle buses from hotel to Kawaguchiko station with some minmum fare

Staff was very helpful, place was neat and clean good environment

Bit far from bus station everyime you need to book a cab or should go by walk

個人でも、大勢でも楽しめるホテル。

景観が素晴らしい。部屋の清潔感あり。地味だが落ち着く。接客がきちんとされていたし感じが良い。風呂は、24時間入れるが、部屋風呂も広い。朝食飲みでしたが、メニューは考えている感あり。努力されているのが見受けられる。

古さのメンテナンスは、まだまだ改善策あり。地味過ぎなので、スタッフの努力義務感が欲しい。会合、勉強会などで利用されているようだが、個人でも落ち着くので、もう少し場所の宣伝や看板をだして欲しい。場所が分かりづらい。ホテルの目玉が有ると良いかも。宣伝してください。枕は、もう一つ固めを用意してください。

Huge rooms with excellent views of Fuji in nature, comfy hotel a bit far

The hotel is nice, the location has the view of Mt. Fuji, amazing views from the room. The room itself was huge and there is an onsen inside the hotel, which was great for relaxing after a day sightseeing. I didn’t try the food at the hotel, but they offered breakfast, lunch and dinner. I liked that the hotel was near a park, so had that nature vibe.

The location is not within public transport reach..so you have to take taxis to go anywhere and taxis in Mt. Fuji are a bit scarce. It would be great if the hotel had a shuttle service or something like that. A taxi from the Kawaguchiko train stn to the hotel is roughly 1900 yen by the way. I would leave in the morning (would try to get a ride with a hotel guest checking out) and then take a taxi to the hotel at the end of the day. Keep in mind that especially on weekends, when fuji area is busier with tourists, finding a cab is very hard and there’s lots of waiting (thankfully the hotel people helped me with that!, many thanks!).

Great if you want a remote and I mean REMOTE getaway on the cheap

The view of Fuji was great!

No air conditioning, beds were very worn spring mattresses. So worn that you could feel each spring and being a side sleeper I tossed and turned all night. Also NOT close to much of anything, you'll be spending an average of 1800 yen via taxi to get to the nearest anything.

Pleasant

The hotel is located near the Mt Fuji whereas it is far away from the city center. We can clearly see the Mt Fuji view from your room. The hotel can pick you up from the Mt Fuji Station with the shuttle bus.

Hotel needs an upgrade. Great hospitality.

The hotel staff provided great hospitality. Upon arrival, there was a staff helping us to carry all the baggages to our room. There was one night we're coming back late which was over the dinner time, the staff were kind enough to serve us the dinner after 8.30p.m. There was also one morning which we not manage to go for breakfast before 9:00a.m. (breakfast closure time). There was one staff called to our room and asked us to come as soon as possible and waited us to finish our breakfast. We met one staff who able to speak English quite fluent here. He was an exchange student to Barcelona last time. He provided great service. Overall, the food served here was satisfactory, especially the Japanese traditional type of food. Sashimi considered fresh and the desserts were nice.

We would like to try Ryokan and Onsen, also to view the Mt. Fuji, that's why we chosen hotel nearby Mt. Fuji. The price we paid for was not the most expensive among hotels nearby but not cheap too. We're a little bit disssapointed that we're unable to view Mt. Fuji from this hotel. Cleanliness of this hotel was our greatest concern. We found out that the toilet of our Ryoken was with urine smell and we requested an immediate cleaning. However, suspected the urine stain was on the toilet wall because the staff cleaned the toilet bowl and did spraying but the smell was still there. We went to have a look on their kids playground and public bathrooms. Seriously the condition was not satisfactory. We saw some mold and stain on the ceiling/ wall. We don't feel comfortable trying their public bathrooms. We felt that the condition of this hotel requires an upgrage/ renovation.
