About this villa rental

Villa mandolin wind is located close, (a 10 minute stroll away), from the beautiful village of Keri Limini with its picturesque shoreline, and the stunning view of Marathia Island, which dominates the turquoise blue bay. Here a sandy tree-lined beach leads to a small stone harbour with mooring facilities; visitors can hire boats, go turtle spotting and enjoy excursions including the Shipwreck cove and Blue Caves, or learn to dive in its crystal waters. The traditional family run tavernas offer delicious, authentic Greek cuisine and local wines.

Our family villa is built amongst the olive groves with local stone, inspired by its natural surroundings it is influenced by local architecture and old world charm blending harmoniously with the beauty of the national forest.

This generously spacious villa has ample parking for several cars and is built on two floors; it features elegant Italian tiles and marble throughout, with old characterful olive tree lintels and traditional hand-made doors. Air-conditioning units are included in all rooms along with mosquito blinds on every window.
There is a well-equipped traditional kitchen with farmhouse table and chairs which leads through a spectacular arch to the comfortable lounge, complete with satellite T.V, Wi-Fi, audio system,internet access, writing desk and log–burning fireplace.
The lounge benefits from French doors that lead out onto a covered terrace equipped with wooden table and chairs for perfect al-fresco dining.
Two twin bedrooms with access to the external patio area, furnished with solid Oak furniture and private en-suite facilities complete the ground floor.
A marble stair case leads to the second floor; here two double bedrooms and one twin room all with en-suite facilities have individual access to an expansive, partially shaded sun terrace with Table Tennis. The Terrace is an ideal place for Yoga, Meditation and contemplation,(matts provided) or just for an evening cocktail or drinks.
Guests can lounge in sun or shade, dine at the parasol covered dining table, partake in a game of table tennis or just marvel at breath-taking views of the hillsides and valleys.
Guests may even spot a bird of prey soaring on the thermals.

The private (40m2) pool includes an outdoor shower, and is surrounded by charming terracing allowing ample space for guests to relax against a peaceful backdrop, the area is further enhanced by a bespoke, hand built barbeque, alternatively, indulge yourself with a quiet read in the hammock nestling in the olive terraces.

Enabling guests to enjoy the outdoor dining and cooking experience day or night, as the pool area is softly lit once the sun goes down over the surrounding hills.

This is an absolutely stunning villa set in a gorgeous location in an olive grove. Plenty big enough for two families and very well equipped. A lovely saltwater pool which is checked every day by Virgil. Rubbish was collected daily and when the air con broke in one room he got it fixed. The villa feels really rural but is close enough to walk to beach and tavernas. Hosts were really helpful in suggesting car and boat hire and we had the best day sailing round the caves. Thoroughly recommend.

All accommodation for 10 people. Calm location far from the crowd of Laganas and Kalamaki. Perfect to visit the south west of Zante ( Keri caves, Agalas, and the pittoresque villages of the center) Strand beach at Keri beach with diving center, good food and bars( 20 minutes by foot from the villa) The owners are very fast to answer questions. To summarise, it was a very good choice!!

An amazing villa in a quaint typocally greek resort. Ideal for a large family or group of friends. A short walk (15-20 mins) to the beach with numerous restaurants and boat hire etc. Could not fault the owner or the handyman Virgil who were close at hand to sort any issues that arose. A word of warning! You really will need a car in order to get around and appreciate what the island has to offer? Taxis at this resort are either non existant or super expensive. Dont miss out on hiring a boat for the day either as the costline and neighbouring island are second to none.

Perfect house for family reunion. 5 nice sized bedrooms. Set in olive grove, it was very private. Nice pool. 15 minute walk to beach.

Communication with Linda and Mark throughout from booking to arrival and then departure was fantastic. They really couldn't do enough to ensure we were happy with everything. The villa is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by olive groves and set back from the main road so is generally quiet, apart from the chickens 😂 Everything you'd want is provided, and Virgil also pops round every day to empty the bins and deal with any issues. The pool and BBQ area is also well designed and very clean. It is a nice 20 minute stroll into the centre of Keri, but is down a small back road so you don't encounter much traffic after crossing the main road. Generally, we had an excellent time, and would definitely recommend to large families or groups of friends. Loved it.

The villa has just about everything you could wish for, and is set in an amazing location. There were some very personalized touches, especially for the bride and groom, that made us feel very welcome and special. The pool is a good size and the depth made it ideal for our granddaughter. We moved to a larger villa later in the week, when more family joined us, and we all missed it. I would love to stay there again. Thank you so much.
