This stunning 2-bedroom private apartment offers outstanding views over the entire Bay of Villefranche and the fashionable Cap Ferrat peninsula.
Just a 4-minute walk to a lovely, child-friendly sandy beach.
The property is ideally located on the edge of the picturesque, car-free medieval city center, just a few minutes walk from the pleasant harbor promenade with many good restaurants.
Our apartment sits on the 4th floor and offers a breathtaking sea view from the private terrace and living room.
There's a elevator in the building.
This corner apartment sleeps 4 people and is very well-appointed and equipped. It features an entrance hall, a kitchen with modern appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, oven & induction hob), a bathroom, a bedroom, a living room, and a terrace with fantastic panoramic views.
Additionally, the apartment offers fiber optic internetaccess and air conditioning (Heating & Air conditioning).

Villefranche-sur-Mer:
Villefranche-sur-Mer is a charming fishing village with a medieval, car-free town center. This incredibly picturesque area is filled with small, steep stairs in Provençal-Italian style and has many cozy restaurants.
The town enjoys a very pleasant climate all year round. Sheltered by the mountains, it has a particularly mild winter climate with plenty of sunshine.

The downside was the bed linen and the additional costs which are not mentioned in the online listing. The bed linen was very poor, the cover sheet is very worn and covered with lint balls as if its of 10 years old, the pillows flat and not worth using. There was a tobacco smell upon entering as well.

Everything was super, and we enjoyed The walking tour araund Cap Ferrat, and it took only Sewen minutes with train to Nice centre ville. This place is the place you dont want to go Home from, and we will look foreward to visit again

The property offers everything we hoped for. Easy access to the train, buses, shops, beach and a great view! The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom were all very comfortable and really enjoyed the deck most of all. Very much enjoyed our stay!

We spent two delightful weeks in this apartment in beautiful Villefranche sur Mer. The apartment was well appointed and provided everything we needed for a comfortable two week stay. We will long remember the stunning views from the balcony, whether day or evening. Karsten was a welcoming and helpful host. We hope to return.

Es ist eine tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ein traumhafter Meerblick. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und groß, da macht das Kochen richtig Spaß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und unkompliziert, trotz sehr kurzfristiger Buchung. Eine super Idee ist die Schlüsselbox, dadurch bleibt man bei der Anreise flexibel und hat keinen Zeitdruck. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit traumhaftem Sommerwetter und konnten auch noch Baden.

The view of the sea from the balcony is fantastic! I spent 1-2 days just sitting on the large balcony overlooking the sea - beautiful! The apartment is a very good size. There is a door to the living area which is great for privacy if you are using the pull out couch. The kitchen has everything you would need if you plan to cook and has a large refrigerator. There is plenty of closet space in the bedroom and the hallway. The bedroom has a chest of drawers for clothing. The bed is comfortable and a large size. The bathroom has plenty of space with a cupboard and corner shelving for toiletries. The washing machine worked great and there is a large drying rack on the balcony where the clothes dried quickly. If you don't have a car or have mobility issues, it may be difficult for some to walk to the apartment building as it requires quite a walk up from the old town and beach. The only issues we had were with the cleaner. When we arrived for our self check in at 9pm, we found only 10 squares of toilet paper on the roll. There were no other rolls in the cupboard. Our feet/sock bottoms were quite dirty after walking on the tile floor. Karsten was easy to communicate with and responded readily. He has a lovely apartment in a beautiful town and we really enjoyed our time there and the surrounding area. We certainly hope to return!

Appartement qui correspondait à nos attentes, d'une superficie appréciable avec un balcon utilisable qui permet de profiter de la très belle vue sur la rade. Une belle découverte " Villefranche sur mer" ❣️

On a passé 6 jours dans cet appartement et franchement rien à dire, l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les villes à proximité. Pour notre part, on a réservé le garage également car on un bébé de 4 mois et demi et pour les déplacements fallait être en voiture si non y a la gare juste en bas de l'immeuble et la plage à proximité est accessible à pieds. L'appartement est bien placé pour découvrir les sites touristiques en mode développement durable grâce au TER à 5 minutes à pied.. Possibilité de faire également de la marche vers Beaulieu ou Saint Jean Cap Ferrat.. La plage est également à proximité ... Avant de démarrer la journée ou en rentrant d'une ballade la vue idylle sur la baie de Villefranche depuis l'appartement et le petit vent permettent de se ressourcer et de profiter d'une vue extraordinaire La qualité de l'équipement de l'appartement et la disponibilité du propriétaire sont également largement appréciées Adresse à recommander !

We were a family or 4, and we stayed for the whole 10 days at this appartment. Appartment was extremely comfortable, very quiet and the balcony was a great addition to our relaxing time. Appartment had everyrhing you ever need for self catering, all amenities were best and in good working condition. Kitchen was a perfect size. We were offered the garage at extra cost, which was just 3mins away from an appartment, which I would definitely recommend during July - August, it was a life changer (we drive a lot), it is deffinitely a must at this time of the year, especially for a big car. Overall amazing stay, the views from the balcony are the most amazing of the whole Villefranche gulf, very comfortable, close to the beach and restaurants. We will deffinitely be back some years later I will recommend to my friends and family.

Tidy and clean apartment with fantastic view of the bay and close proximity to the beach. The location is ideal for day trips, Monaco 18 mins away. Apartment gets a lot of sun and is comfortable to stay. The owner is also efficient with communication and very helpful. We would stay again.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour dans cette très belle région. Villefranche est un village charmant. La proximite et la fréquence des bus et trains, même hors saison, permet de rayonner facilement sans voiture. L'appartement est bien équipé et dispose d'une belle vue.

Appartement très lumineux belle vue sur la baie de Villefranche très calme immeuble propre Nous avons déjeuné toute la semaine à l'extérieur mais il ne manque rien pour cuisiner Très pratique pour se rendre à Nice en bus station à 50 metres en prenant la sortie au 7eme étage Lit confortable TV internet tout y est aucun soucis Si je retourne à Villefranche je reprends cet appartement sans ésiter

L’appartamento di Karsten è veramente grazioso, tranquillo e confortevole. La vista sulla baia è impagabile!!! La cucina è equipaggiata con ogni tipo di elettrodomestico e accessorio! Tutto è molto curato e pulito! Non manca proprio nulla !!! Vicino alla spiaggia, alla ferrovia, al centro storico e alla fermata dei bus! Ideale per coppie o piccole famiglie! Lo consiglierei ad un amico .

We stayed over there for a week in January 2018 and we got a lovely time. The apartment is well furnished (dish washer, TV, Wifi, oven, microwave etc) and the view is amazing! The building is safe and located near of everything actually (by foot: 2 min from the train station to Monaco or Cannes, 5 min from the beach or the bakery and 1 minute from the Bus stop to Nice or Monaco). Was easy to park my car near the apartment. The only bad point (but very personal) is that I have to wait 3 months to go back over there during the spring break. I can't wait...
