I had a very pleasant home-like stay at Helena's cosy, clean and comfortable place.

The room was small but nice and clean, and our host Helena was very helpful. Even though we were staying in someone's home with shared facilities, there was a lot of privacy.

For a light sleeper, the trains passing by and the noise from outside, especially during weekends, might be a challenge, although I was not disturbed by it. The wifi connection could have been stronger.

Very good

Lovely host and amazing location, peckham is so cool and close to overground. Came for a stay near my brother who lives near the area and would definitely return

My only feedback is the hot water situation. There was a full house and notices everywhere to use little water because the tanks were small and limit to 1 a day. I understand the reality of this situation but I felt stressed each shower and spent just 5 mins to make sure there was enough hot water for my friend :/

Helena’s Host made our stay a joy. Loved Helena’s Host and loved Peckham.

Helena’s Host Family is exceptional! we had a wonderful stay. It’s easy walking distance to trains, restaurants and great cafes. The rooms were spotless and quiet. Can highly recommend !

Very Welcoming

Really homely feel and great location, a short walk from bus and train station. Helena was really lovely and helpful and made us feel really welcome, and ensured our arrival went smoothly. Despite the shared bathrooms, we had no problem with availability and everything was clean. Peckham itself is a vibrant and interesting neighbourhood and a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb

Helena was very welcoming and everything super convenient! Check-in and check-out were easy and the flat was quite cozy overall. It was also easy to reach by train/bus and very well connected, even at night.

Only negative aspect: we happened upon some leftover trash from previous guests behind the night stand. Other than that everything was clean :)

A home away from home in Peckham, South London.

Helena served a delicious continental breakfast. The room was small but very pleasant. Helena Host Family is located in a quiet, cozy street with family houses. Walking distance from the main street in Peckham, the Peckham Levels (don't miss Natasha Taheem's mural of Rye Lane on the fifth floor!), Persepolis restaurant, the Peckhamplex cinema and Peckham Library. With good connections by bus and train into the city. I loved getting familiar with the immediate surroundings and my bus rides, with Helena Host Family quickly feeling like a home away from home.
