Majoituspaikassa ei todellakaan mitään valittamista. Ainut asia mikä harmitti oli ,että kaikki asiakkaat ei käyttänyt suihkua ennen altaaseen menoa.

Urlaub unter Palmen am langen Sandstrand von Khao Lak

Die Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet mit vielen Palmen und viel Grün. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht um seine Gäste, was sicherlich nicht einfach ist. Die Anlage liegt fast am Ende einer langen Bucht mit wunderschönem Sandstrand, sehr ruhig gelegen. Gegenüber der Anlage sind Taxi-Stände die einem in das ca. 5 km entfernte Khao Lak Village bringt oder gleich über den Hügel in die kleinere Verkaufszone von Khao Lak mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants, man kann dort aber auch hinlaufen. Die Fahrt ins Village kostet 200 Bath und ins kleinere Zentrum 100 Bath. Direkt am Hotel gibt es bei der Bar auch jeden Abend immer leckeres Essen mit typischen Thai-Gerichten, leider wurde das nur sehr wenig genutzt. Am Strand entlang gibt es bei Nachbarhotels auch diverse Restaurants. Die Matratze war sehr bequem :-) Mein persönliches Highlight waren die Katzen die es dort gab, liebevoll vom Personal gepflegt :-) Im Hintergrund des Hotels beginnt bereits der Regenwald. Ein nahes Naturschutzgebiet kann zu Fuss erreicht werden - allerdings sollte man darauf achten, die Luftfeuchtigkeit ist extrem hoch - immer Wasser mitnehmen!!!

Typisch war schon wie in vielen Beiträgen verfasst, das leidliche Liegen reservieren, besonders schon morgens ab 6.00 Uhr lagen die ersten Handtücher auf den Liegen der 1. Reihe am Meer :-( Das Inventar ist allgemein schon etwas abgenutzt und sollte erneuert oder renoviert werden, auch am Buffet. Aus dem Restaurant am Pool (eigentlich Bar) könnte man sicherlich etwas mehr machen, da das Essen wirklich sehr gut ist und große Auswahl hat. Ein Minimarkt in der Nähe oder im Hotel wäre ideal, damit man etwas Obst, Snacks kaufen kann. Der nächste Shop ist weiter entfernt.

It was excellent on every way… massive buffet breakfast included… two pools on the beach… deck chairs right over looking the beach…good pool bar… good poolside food…

There was no where to eat dinner on the edge of the beach to watch the sunset…we went next door to another resort that had excellent food right on the beach… superb food….

Relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle.

Staff was amazing; super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast options. Having 2 pools to choose from was nice as well a beach front. Ride to town centre (shopping, ATM, restaurants, etc.) was a short tuk tuk ride away or very walkable distance. Good spa services.

Sometimes difficult to get lounge chairs by the pool or beach front as guests would set out their “orange beach towels” very early in the am to “reserve” them, and would leave them vacant for a good part of the day, however the resort staff did their best to minimize this from happening.

Lovely setting and good to be able to walk along the beach for considerable distance.

Location was brilliant. Staff were always friendly. Plenty of sunbeds, but see below.

Rainhead shower was useless but the normal shower was OK. Breakfast could have been a little more interesting but adequate amounts. No teabags in the room, coffee only. Guests completely ignored notice not to reserve sunbeds very early.

My room was fabulous! Big with a seating area, daybed, large dressing room, multiple closets, indoor and outdoor showers, nice views of beach and central garden, and pool.

It feels big and corporate, nothing personal about it.

Lovely hotel

Terrible internet. Couldn’t use my laptop as the connection was far too slow. 4g through the phone network was also a bit too slow. We only stayed one night because of the internet.

3mins scooter ride from the main town, great sunset spot, great bartender 👌, clean pool, great views, bungalows with big windows for the view

nice access to the beach

very run down resort, not even close to a 3 star. beds are hard, the rooms need a serious paint job, the towels are frayed. the breakfast is dry. wifi is a disaster

Exactly what we were hoping for

We loved the beautiful garden setting and the rooms that just seemed to be part of it. Staff was very friendly and always trying to help.

I know breakfast in Thailand is always a little difficult so this could be improved. Waffles and pancakes were very dry.

Awesome stay

Excellent Breakfast, wonderful pools, right on the beach. Lovely gardens, all spotlessly clean.

Bar didn't have wine although it was advertised, which was a pity as it meant that we spent more time at the restaurant next door, while we actually would have happily supported this one. Bed was a bit too firm.

Staff, beach, pools are excellent. Quiet stretch of beach was brilliant. Pool bar lovely. Dinner and restaurant high above average.

Wifi is horrible. Breakfast repeatedly redundant, but not bad. Beds were very hard. Room smelled a bit moldy.

We were totally off season and had the place to ourselves including the lovely pools and beach. Food was good and reasonable and rooms lovely.

It was a little disappointing the bar and restaurant was closed on our second day and night. Food and drinks ordered by phone, no fresh fruit drinks, only alcohol was beer etc. Lack of staff we were told, but staff to guests ratio seemed about 5 to 1. Bit of a shame as we wanted to spend our money there rather than.next door. I'm sure this was a one off though and it was v quiet.

Superb

Very pretty and nice place, quiet and not to big. Nice and helpful staff. No music while eating and that was really nice. It take no time to go to town by taxi and you can also walk, but of course if you walk it take longer time. We felt all relaxed because of the quietness, two pools and a nice beach and no sun beds at beach, that was also really nice. We will defently recomand this place and would stay here again
