Absolutamente nada

Desde que entras el personal poco amable, los aires no enfrían, el cuarto extremadamente sucio y con mal olor. En fin terminamos canceladolo y nos fuimos a margarita valley. Una maravilla.

Very quiet, clean and near basically everything.

The location was near everything. The property was kept clean. Staff was nice.

The only thing I didn't like was the water in the bathroom was a yellowish color. Which staff said they had no control over.

Given there was a hurricane They made the best of a bad situation.

We got the reservations we asked for easily. The desk clerk tried to accommodate us considering the storm.

There was no phone in the room. There was no direct number to the front desk. The rain came in through the closed porch door and flooded the room.

Do not stay here!

The location of the hotel is excellent -across from the ferry station The bellman was the only nice person (Devion)

Hotel -is old and run down, there is NO customer service, check in staff very rude, The rooms need a good cleaning-there was sand on the sheets and in the shower when we arrived. When I asked about this at the front desk they said I was lucky to get a room (check in time is at 4 but rooms where not ready until 5:30)

I won’t stay on this property in the future nor recommend it to other travelers.

The property quality was very poor, with a malfunctioning TV, safety deposit box telephone, and ac unit. The absence of staff to fix safety deposit box was until late on the second day was an inconvenience when hotel signs specify they are not responsible for Los items/valuables during stay. Additionally, the faulty AC and unpleasant smell in the room made the stay uncomfortable. There was mildew in q a wall. Closet was missing one door. The overall state of the rooms seemed very tired and in need of improvement.

My stay was a complete disappointment. Windward Passage hotel has become a Dump.

The location is close to the Ferry Terminal and to the airport. Other than that, there was nothing to like. To my surprise, the restaurant was closed. No food to eat on the premises and I had to buy water from the machine. I traveled with my 94 year old uncle.

No food on the premises and the water from the bathroom faucet was a deep rust color. When I complained the people behind the counter claimed that it is because of the public water source.

Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Front staff was great. secured parking was nice.

Toilet did not work properly. Outside music on the rear of the hotel was way too loud and kept me from sleeping. Wifi didn't work.

Location - quick ride from the airport and walk to the BVI ferry.

Marketing material makes the hotel to be more luxurious than it is. Check-in is very late 1600/1630 and very limited staff that moves on island time.

My days were pleasant.

Breakfast was great as usual. Staff was friendly and eager to help.

Need small refrigerator and microwave. These are must have in this day and time when competing with other places. Maybe somewhere on the floors or in the rooms.

Disappointing

The hotel allowed us to check in early and the staff was very friendly. The facility was clean but needs updates. Wallpaper was peaking in the lobby, one of the elevators didn’t work, and the fitness center was closed from when we arrived at noon and left at 9:00 the following day.

The handle to our sliding door was broken & my daughter cut her hand on it. The bathroom door was hard to open & close. There were few plugs to charge electronics. For the price, it was sub par.

A quick nights stay that wasn't long enough to enjoy.

Due to the weather our flight got canceled two times and the second day I made this booking within an hour of arriving to the hotel. The staff was very understanding and nice. We didn't try to rush or bully them like other guests did and this ended in us getting a room faster. A little kindness goes a really long way on this island. I wish we would have been able to really enjoy the place more as it was very beautiful and the pool setting as great for relaxing and taking photos.

I have a slight fear of heights and the court yard view while pretty made me nervous. Other than that our rook had some kind of shutters to the bathroom that I wasn't sure you could open. Pretty neat if it's just you and someone else having fun. Weird when you have family with you.
