Bon séjour d en l’ensemble

La proximité de la ville et de la gare Appartement propre Le parking pour la voiture Très bon accueil d Andrea

La deuxième chambre … 2 petits lits c est une chambre d enfants il faut que les adultes soient de taille moyenne pour dormir dans ces lits. La proximité de la gare, chaque fois que ça donne dans la gare on croit qu il y a quelqu’un derrière la porte

La région est magnifique. L’appartement est correct pour un très court séjour.

L’emplacement est parfait à 5 min de la gare, 10 min de la plage L’appartement est propre. La literie est correcte. L’enregistrement c’est fait en autonomie et les explications étaient claires et précises.

Manque d’équipement, l’appartement n’est pas du tout chaleureux, juste le stricte minimum, une minuscule télé (non smart) posé sur la table. Un canapé face à un mur blanc…

Great location if you want to use the train and not too far from the beach.

Close to the train station and we enjoyed having a washer. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was a nice one and we would on a different trip.

Everything was nice but it would have been nice to include 1 or 2 laundry pods so we didn’t have to go to the store for a full package.

Manque de confort.

La proximité avec la gare. La superficie du logement. La propreté du logement. Le parking dans la résidence.

Aucun rideau aux fenêtres, manque d’intimité. Manque de fauteuils confortables, seulement un canapé de trois places pour s’asseoir. Manque de prises électriques. Impossibilité de brancher des multiprises sur les prises existantes. Manque de climatisation, seulement deux vieux ventilateurs sur pieds très bruyants en fonctionnement. Le pommeau fixe de la plus grande des deux douches (impossible de prendre une douche sans se mouiller les cheveux). La poignée de cette même douche branlante. Les joints également défectueux à chaque fois c’est la piscine à l’extérieur de la douche. L’autre douche est très petite, on se cogne contre les parois de la douche. Très petites penderies accessibles pour les vêtements, les grandes étant littéralement fixées tout en haut des placards et donc impossible à utiliser par une personne de taille moyenne. Et pour finir la place de parking très étroite dont les murs étaient si sales, quand sortant de la voiture il fallait raser la voiture pour ne pas salir nos vêtements. Il était impossible de décharger les bagages quand la voiture était dans le box, pas assez d’espace entre les murs du box et la voiture. De même pour le chargement des bagages au retour. Le parking payant 10€ par jour. Et l’accueil glacial d’Andrea qui était pire qu’une machine à nous débiter son texte sans que nous puissions lui parler avant qu’il n’est fini tout son speech. Il s’est offusqué du fait qu’aucun de nous n’avions WatsApp, et après il nous a pris pour des demeurés parce que nous n’avions pas nos smartphones sur nous. Ils étaient dans la voiture car il ne nous avait pas vraiment laissé le temps de les prendre avant de nous faire quitter le box.

Large apartment, very clean, lots of equipment for a carefree vacation. Near the train station. The host is friendly, responsive, he gave us useful information. I would definitely come back here.

The only thing I remember is, that the windows are without curtains.

Great location, base camp for cinque terre visit

Located in city center, close to Cinque Terre train station (5min. walk). Parking in property. Staff is great, Andrea met us on arrival and explained everything needed

Very clean! Everything you need! Great spot! Levanto has lots to offer!

Great location! Levanto was lovely and quiet and we were close to a grocery store. The apartment was close to the train station which wasn’t too busy during the shoulder season and incredibly easy access to the Cinque Terre. It was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. He also gave us some good recommendations for dinner!

The beds and pillows weren’t so comfortable. A second mirror in one of the bedrooms would have been helpful. A cutting board and a kitchen towel would be good, but not a big deal. The overhead light in the living room is very cold and unpleasant but ok. These are only minor things!

Great location, clean and good for weekend Cinque Terre sightseeing for family of 4; may not book again

Very close to supermarket and city center. Right near train station (not too loud but noticeable) Apt. E: Very clean and secure parking right near apartment building (but in grassy lot). Updated heating system; two portable fans; updated closets; extra linens/towels; gas range and full set dishes/utensils/pots; washer & drying rack

In Apt. E: There was one small couch in the living room area with ugly couch cover on it; wobbly dining table and stand-up shower (no tub for bathing the baby). While I realize the apartment accommodation would require buying all provisions, bringing/buying all coffee and breakfast items is a slight hassle with a family for just 2 days. For the price, would’ve absolutely loved a breakfast voucher… or, I wondered why they don’t have a breakfast room for the numerous units and properties they operate.

Comfortable stay in a well located apartment

Beds really good. Nice shower. The location is good - short walk to the center of town, shops and restaurants nearby. Also very close to railway station. Washing machine was great to have. Apartment clean and comfortable. Big and nice balcony.

Fridge had a slight issue with the door. Could have used more utensils in the kitchen. Some nice decorating touches would make the apartment more appealing.

The private garden and terrace. Proximity to the beach. Relatively quiet at night.

Proximity to train station - noise from 5 am onwards made it impossible to sleep with an open window. No air conditioning available.

Pleasant

This is not a charming place you’d usually expect to stay in the Cinque Terre region. It’s not far from the city centre, but location is also charmless. Equipment and furniture are very basic. Overrated and overpriced.

Superb

The location was excellent. five minutes walking to the city center and the beach. The supermarket is near to buy food for breakfast. We had dinner and lunch outside. Many options in Levanto. Train station is near also if you want to explore the region. We parked the car (pay 5 euros a day).

Air condition will be a plus to have given that it was too hot. however we were never in the apartment except for the night so it was not too bad.

Nice base camp for Cinque Terre hiking without the price tag of the Cinque Terre lifestyle.

The property is a new build. It is a few minutes walk to the train station, grocery store, and the beach. It has a private garage away from the Main Street.

Ants came in through the bathroom window. Water pressure was lacking. Could not run two separate water sources such as a sink and a shower at the same time.
