Perfect little barn

The little barn is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway and exploring the local area. Warm and cosy with modern facilities and great value for money Mel was a great host and we will definitely return!!

Cosy clean and comfortable stay thank you very much.

The location was very quiet and rural. Beautifully kitted out and very clean.

Nothing really. You do need a car though as there was nothing to do within walking distance.

Really enjoyed our stay just wasn’t what I thought I was getting.

I believe the descriptions on the booking.com web page were misleading. They stated a superb breakfast was included in the price. What was actually provided was a “ get you started package which you were required to prepare yourself and wouldn’t cover a 4 day stay such as ours. Not a bed and breakfast stay in my opinion. The property itself was comfortable and more than adequate for a couple. Good location and friendly welcome.

No outside space/ seating as suggested in advert.

A perfect stay, we would definitely return.

The Little Barn was very cosy and comfortable. Stylishly furnished and very clean. Everything that we could want for our stay was provided and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful barn with a great host

Second visit to the barn in a couple of years. Still like new and Mel is a fantastic host. We enjoyed some good dog walks and visiting two or three of the local pubs.

Wide choice of breakfast provided and drinks available. Welcome pack provided which was very helpful. Everything in pristine condition and clean and tidy.

Fabulous stay

It was an extremely lovely place to stay, very clean and Mel went out of her way to provide extras such as milk, bread, cereals, butter. We have stayed in lots of places and this was one of the best.

Friendly host, very peaceful surroundings, would come back.

Plenty of choice left on a breakfast tray with quality cereals, jams, marmalades, speciality coffees and teas. A whole loaf of bread, butter, eggs, a selection of juices of milk in the fridge. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom.

Excellent, comfy, well equipped 'Little Barn' - 5*****

Great host, nothing too much trouble. Super location, just a few miles from where I was working. (Bourne) Parking right outside, free, good quality WIfi. Very well appointed, with quality fittings. Super comfy bed, very quiet village, so an excellent sleep can be enjoyed

The Little Barn was perfect for my stay. Close to local amenities and to the areas I was visiting.

A code lock was available but I met up with the owner in person, who then showed me the property. The location was perfect for the areas I planned to visit and pretty close to a large supermarket.

Nothing - it was all excellent!
