We'll be back!

The location was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The koi pond exceptional.

Breakfast has some room for improvement but every time we asked for an extra coffee, we did receive it.

An unexpected gem. Wonderful restaurant, huge wine list, generous rooms - and coy carp!

Amazing restaurant, with a wine list as thick as a dictionary. Lots of character and quite eccentric in a good way (including some phenomenal coy carp pools, which our daughter loved). An unexpected gem. We spent a wonderful wedding anniversary evening here as part of a family holiday in Germany

It was quiet and tidy, beautiful view from the windows, clean bathroom and really comfortable beds, lots of food and drinks at the mini bar (which was refilled 3 times), comfortable parking, comfortable location right in the city center, unobtrusive, but polite staff. Also, the fact that we arrived one day before the booked time was not a problem, as we warned the staff and the room was prepared the day prior.

a bit dated layout, and a bit expensive versus others. the shower head was falling off one of the rooms, but overall ok

large room on top floor. although on main road was very quiet. Breakfast plentiful and hot food cooked to order. Was told well in advance that restaurant was closed the night we stayed. 4 minute walk to tram stop into town.

the service was pretty poor. I was sat in the bar for 20 minutes then decided I’d waited enough and went to bed.

hotel is lovely, luxury how they did it in the past. Very nice. I will return again. Dinner is stunning. Michelin standard. Breakfast was lovely and breakfast staff were also lovely to talk to.

A great place to stay for a city break.

Traditional, comfortable, well furnished and well appointed. Excellent secure on site parking. Very good breakfast. A very warm welcome from the friendly manager who was helpful with local city travel on U and S-Babn. The family owned Weinstube a 10 min walk away in the city is excellent.

The hotel is on a busy road, not in the location shown in the photo.

There was a constant monotone, low-frequency noise throughout the full night. Felt like we slept next to and engine room.

Good sleep in a perfectly clean room

Very clean, comfortable bed, good wi-fi quality, well organized restaurant, breakfast options, koi fishes <3 :)

we could hear street noise in the room.
