A nice short stay in the mountains.

The hotel was easy to find and beautifully located. Ample free parking. Functional room with facilities we expected. Good quality wi-fi. Very nice owner and staff, who were welcoming and friendly. Absolutely amazing breakfast, with huge variety of food available.

The room would be enhanced by having more electric plug sockets. Minor issue.

Highly recommended!

The hotel is located a few kilometers away from Veroia and in the outskirts of the nearby village. Rock and wood gift the place with character. Trees and flowers are dominant. The hotel has a park and our kids loved it. Our room is huge. Wood of top quality is used for the furniture and the doors. Mattresses, pillows, and linen are great. Also, soundproofing must be very efficient. We heard nothing from other guests, and we enjoyed long and undisturbed sleep. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic! Homemade marmalade (four flavors!) and homemade pies along with freshly cooked bread and omelets reminds to us the way our grandparents used to feed us. Of course, fresh juice and coffee, eggs, tomatoes, croissants, honey, yogurt, cheese, and ham are on the table. Please note that breakfast is not a buffet. All these are served on guests' tables! The owner made sure we enjoyed our meal and asked us if we wanted to refill. All in all, highly recommended!

The staff was great, really friendly, but the staying experience was average.

The booking team charges people with more money comparing to how the reality actually looks.

As I explained higher, the property was fine, but overpriced taking into consideration the standards disposed.

Peace and quiet

Peaceful and quiet. Even though we were the only guests they opened the kitchen for us and have us a good evening meal and an excellent breakfast.

Great staff and friendly owner. Well managed. Good breakfast and scenery. Clean and comfortable room and beds. The location is quiet. beautiful landscaoe natural surroundings. Conveniently located near Veria, the main town has many amenities and sightseeing features, museums, and rchaeological sites.

If you look for a quiet place around Veria, with friendly staff, go to Hotel Kapsalis

It's an agritourism type of object and is located in the countryside, so the surrounding was very quiet during our stay (which we really liked). There is a parking place in front of the hotel. The owners were very friendly and eager to help. The best of all was the breakfast, during which we got a broad variety of food, most of which had been produced locally on the farm.

Wonderful place to stay

Outstanding food in the restaurant. Dinner was amazing, and breakfast was incredible! The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The location is nice and quiet, and the room was great. The staff went way above expectations.

Quiet place to stay the night with great breakfast. Good value for money.

The hotel is outside of town, in a quiet place and view of fields. You can hear the birds singing. Near by they have their own restaurant. Great breakfast. Part of the food self grown and the eggs of their own chickens.

Near Seli ski center, the food in the restaurant was nice.

Room was cold, the heating in our room was not working well with -8 degrees outside. We told the host and offered us a heating device that was not working!!! We asked to use the A/C but the denied, they said is only for summer. Thank god we booked a room with a fire place, we paid 15€ to the hotel and the gave us fire wood and managed to have some heat in our room. In the morning the heating was off. Heating is mandatory for a place called itself hotel in the winter.

Exceptional

Value for money. Big room, very good breakfast, original Macedonian hospitality by Maria who is always there for you, big private parking in front of the hotel. Magnificent surroundings with a farm with horses just across the road… 10 minutes from the city of Veria, 30 minutes from the ski center of Seli, 50 minutes from the ski center of 3-5 pigadia. A good choice to explore the area.

It was hard to find, because we didnt have internet conexion , but we called at Agroktima and we are informed about the road to location

Wonderful place.

Here is a place where you must stay. The place is quiet a bit in the mountains. The welcome is warm. The food is local and home cooking. I miss it already. If you want to discover Veria, Vergina, Servia ... Go there and eat there you won't regret it. Thank you very much Maria for your advices and generosity, it was a pleasure to meet you.
