The Chalet is available on a self-catering basis and there is a concierge available throughout your stay to help maximise your enjoyment. A mid week clean and many other services including a chef, ski hire, ski lessons etc, are available at an extra cost .

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The hosts were helpful and the home had all of the amenities needed. The beds are very comfortable and everything was clean and ready when we arrived. It was conveniently located for day trips and is located in a fun community with many options for restaurants and grocery stores. We really appreciate the opportunity to stay here during our visit, and would definitely return again. Thank you!

to Chalet Renard Blanc for the third time reaffirmed why it's our treasured holiday destination. Located on a 5 minutes drive from the Crans Montana center, this chalet offers a cosy and luxurious experience.

the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the warmth and comfort of home. Each of the four bedrooms, complete with ensuite bathrooms, is a sanctuary of relaxation. The top floor room, where my husband and I stayed, offers mesmerizing views of the mountains
and valley, ensuring blissful nights of sleep on the plush mattresses.

highlight? Without doubt, the spacious balcony. From soaking in the sun to marveling at the starlit sky, every moment spent here is pure bliss. And for those barbecue enthusiasts, there's even a gas grill ready for some culinary adventures.

We have just returned from 10 days at Patrick's chalet. The VRBO description and pictures are absolutely accurate. The view from the wrap around balcony is spectacular and the chalet is cosy but with plenty of space. Patrick was responsive to any questions we had.
We were especially impressed with how well appointed the kitchen was - fully stocked with cookware, dishes, fondue/raclette equipment, outdoor grill etc. If we had one recommentation, it would be for additional drinking glasses for juice/water. Lidia and Philipe had even stocked the chalet with some milk, butter, jam & honey and coffee which was much appreciated on our first morning.
Since we traveled during the summer, we chose to not rent a car and took advantage of Swiss public transportation. It took about 3.5 hours to get to Crans Montana from Zurich Airport (SBB train to Sierre, and then the 422 Bus up the mountain - the bus stop closest to the chalet is called Montana, Pradouvan).
During the summer, the local bus network in Crans Montana is free. These buses make it easy to access any of the mountain lifts or trail heads. It should be noted that the bus stop closest to the chalet is one stop outside this free zone. The choice is to walk up to the first free stop, Comba (a steep walk and takes about 10 minutes) OR pay 3sFr and ride from in front of the chalet. In winter, we suggest you take Patrick's advice and rent a car.
We recommend Crans Montana without hesitation! So many activities to enjoy.

This property was lovely. We loved the location and enjoyed taking the funicular down to the town of Sierre where we could easily take the trains to our destinations. It was well designed and was exactly as described. The rooms were comfortable and it worked well for us with a group of 10 people. We used the roll away beds and would have preferred one more bedroom; however, we were happy they had the roll away beds for our use. The kitchen was well equipped and even had two fondue pots! We were thrilled to enjoy a fondue night while there. The water pressure was great for that many people. Our older kids loved all the activities near the chalet! It made our trip on the days we stayed in town. We will treasure our memories from this chalet and we would stay here again if we are ever in Switzerland again.

This is our second time back, and it was perfect for our time in Crans-Montana

Great layout with spacious living area adjacent to a well designed and equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery, china, glassware and tool supply. 4 comfortable and well designed bedrooms, each with a shower and 3 of them also with a bath tub. All rooms are nicely furnished and decorated with art work, with the living room sporting a beautiful, flamboyant picture of 2 zebras. The two bedrooms at the lowest level lead out to the lawn. The walk-out from the living room/kitchen at the second level leads out to a deck/balcony area that wraps around more than 50% of the home and has a nice outdoor seating area as well as a barbeque area with a large table and seating for 8. Beautiful unimpeded views from the the balcony and the upper bedrooms into the mountain range at the opposite (southern) side of the Valais main Rhone valley.
We had a 3-family party of nine individuals (including three children) staying at this property for nine days in late May/early June and we were extremely happy with the location, the amenities in the home and the view. We also enjoyed many of the activities possible at this particular time, like walking the first part of the Bisse du Ro as well as the Grand Bisse de Lens trails or the playgrounds and water activities for the children at the Etang Grenon and the Lac de la Moubra near the town center. We all also enjoyed the gondola rides up to Les Violettes and Glacier de la Plaine Morte, as well as the short ride up to Arnouva for the Alpine Ascent of the cows for the season.
Due to covid concerns and immunity problems for some members in our group, we ate most of our meals at home, greatly aided by the well equipped kitchen in the chalet. We did venture out and had a few meals in outdoor settings, and enjoyed them all: the excellent pizzas at the Gerber Pizzeria in the town center on Route du Rawyl; the earthy croutes and roestis on the terrace of the Violettes station and of course particularly the excellent food, service and ambience at the LeMontBlanc restaurant of the LeCrans resort hotel with a beautiful view into the mountains.
For all our food shopping needs we found good supplies both at the local Coop and the Migros in the center of town, it it particularly worth mentioning that the Migros shop is open 7 days a week, very practical for us busy and unprepared tourists.
Overall - a great experience, starting with the excellent accommodation and continuing with the great facilities in the area.

This chalet is so comfortable, luxurious with amazing views and all the facilities you need to self cater. We loved it. Although there is a bus stop nearby a car is really ideal for getting to ski lifts.

We were two families with four teenagers and stayed for 9 days in this wonderful Chalet. It was spacious, clean, cozy and has a very well equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful view into to high mountain peaks. Everything was perfect and thank you Lidia, Philippe and Luis for your service. There is lots to do in Crans-Montana in the summer and we enjoyed it very much. Patrick was always very responsive and helpful by e-Mail - Thank you for letting us stay in your Chalet!

Chalet Renard Blanc was everything we expected and more.
We were very well advised by Patrick prior to the holiday and welcomed and looked after by Lidia and Fellipe on arrival and duration.
The Chalet was beautifully equipped and maintained.
As advised a car is a necessity but the bus to resort is only around the corner.
The Chalet offered superb accommodation , very comfortable with stunning views over the valley below and a beiutiful vista of the snow covered Alps all around.
Just perfect for relaxing days either in the Chalet or on the balcony.
We really enjoyed the skiing although not as much snow as we had hoped for, however there was plenty of powder up high.
Crans Montana has many good restaurants, bars and fabulous shops especially in Crans.
We enjoyed Italian food at the ‘Gerber’ and Thai food at ‘Le Thai’.
We took full advantage of the many bars and Restaraunt’s on the slopes and enjoyed our apres ski drinks in the ‘Memphis’ bar in Crans.
We had a very enjoyable family holiday with the added benefit of some amazing firework displays throughout the resort and valley on New Years Eve.
Chalet Renard Blanc is top quality and well worth it’s five stars but do take note of Patrick’s advice and hire a car.

Een fantastisch mooi huis, goed voorzien van alles, om te vertoeven met 8 vriendinnen van 65+. Aan 3 kanten van het huis een terras, én op de benedenverdieping vanuit de 2 slaapkamers uitloop naar terras en tuin. Op alle mailtjes met vragen aan Patrick kreeg ik p.o. een verlossend antwoord. Het huis ligt in een mooie rustige wijk van Montana, waar je bij winterse omstandigheden zeker kettingen voor de auto nodig zult hebben. Het enige nadeel aan de ligging v/h huis (vonden wij) was dat je altijd een auto nodig hebt om boodschappen te doen en om naar de skiliften te gaan. Prima skipistes en prachtige wandelroutes in de sneeuw. We hebben genoten van het huis, misschien wel extra omdat het weer niet mee wilde werken!

We had the most superb week at this 5 star chalet. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well furnished, with luxury linens and fluffy towels. Lidia gave us a lovely welcome to the chalet which is immaculate, and we all felt at home within minutes! We were 7 adults; me, my daughter and 3 of her uni friends, and a couple who are family friends. There was copious space for all of us, plenty of cutlery and crockery and cooking utensils, even fondue and raclette machines! The view from the balcony is stunning, and if you're into astronomy, the sky is incredible at night. The garden is well tended and relatively private due to the clever shrub planting.
As a resort, there is plenty to do. The walking is limitless, there are 2 swimming lakes, a swimming pool, beach club, high ropes, crazy golf, mountain biking, 2 golf courses, etc. There are 3 excellent, well stocked supermarkets, and you can't go without visiting Taillens for your daily bread! And my secret tip? Go to David, l'Instant Chocolate. I challenge anyone to find chocolate which is better than the nougat thins!
Everyone in our group had an incredible time, we all felt that we'd had a proper holiday and they have all asked if we can go again next year! Patrick? Can we?!

Patrick was superbly helpful with perfect directions. Met at chalet by local French hosts who could not do enough to help us get settled in to the Chalet. Chalet accomodation was perfect for our large group (we were four adults and five children). Kitchen in modern and fully equiped. Bedrooms were all large with great wardrobe space and all with first class en-suite bathrooms. I would thoroughly encourage a visit. We went and had a superb time taking in all of what the area offers in the summer - we enjoyed great hiking as adults and lots to do for children. Great holiday - thank you for the kind loan of your chalet.

Patrick, the owner, is very kind and always helpful with any queries you have. The warm welcome by the hosts Lidia and Philippe was extraordinarily personal. Both introduce us to the chalet and all the facilities. The property was extremely clean and the equipment of the chalet is great and matches full with the description. Further we loved the individual style and design of furniture and art. Summarizing all it was a fantastic week in this chalet and in Crans Montana.
